Observation Of Curative Effect On Dysmenorrhea Caused By Uterine Adenomyosis Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type Treated With Internal And External Combination Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the curative effect of Professor Zhang Liangying,a famous national doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,on dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis by combining Tongjing recipe with Taiji moxibustion.In order to explore the more effective drugs and methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis,it is convenient to popularize and apply it in clinic.Method:In this study,80 patients with dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with self-made Tongjing recipe combined with Taiji moxibustion,and the control group was treated with Shaowu Zhuyu granule.The improvement of dysmenorrhea,clinical symptoms and local signs of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.Treatment of dysmenorrhea: The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,there was significant difference in the degree of dysmenorrhea between the two groups(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),which indicated that the two groups could improve the degreeof dysmenorrhea,but the treatment group was superior to the control group.Comparison between the two groups in the treatment of different degrees of dysmenorrhea: both groups were effective in the treatment of mild to severe dysmenorrhea(P < 0.01).The curative effect of mild,moderate and severe dysmenorrhea in the two groups was compared,and the curative effect of mild dysmenorrhea was the best and the treatment was mild.The curative effect of moderate dysmenorrhea was better than that of severe dysmenorrhea.There was no significant difference in the curative effect of mild dysmenorrhea and severe dysmenorrhea between the two groups(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in the curative effect of moderate dysmenorrhea between the two groups(P < 0.05),which indicated that the curative effect of the two groups in the treatment of mild dysmenorrhea was the same.In the treatment of moderate dysmenorrhea,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Therapeutic effect on Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine:The total effective rate was 90.5% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.There were significant differences in the degree and duration of abdominal pain,menstrual volume,chromaticity and main symptoms between the two groups(P < 0.01).The degree and duration of abdominal pain,menstrual volume and menstrual period were compared between the two groups.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the color quality was significantly different(P < 0.01),which indicated that the two groups could relieve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment,but the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Auxiliary examination(B-ultrasound): There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).4.Clinical comprehensive curative effect:The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group.There was significant differencebetween the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis,internal and external treatment is obviously superior to internal treatment in improving the degree of dysmenorrhea and relieving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Internal and external treatment and simple internal treatment are effective in the treatment of mild,moderate and severe dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis,and the curative effect of the two methods in the treatment of mild dysmenorrhea is the same,and the curative effect of both methods in the treatment of mild to moderate dysmenorrhea is better than that of severe dysmenorrhea.However,the treatment of moderate dysmenorrhea with internal and external treatment is better than that of internal treatment alone.3.The combination of internal and external treatment has definite curative effect and no adverse reactions,so it is worth popularizing and using in clinic and grass-roots level..
