Effects Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention Program For Patients At Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis

Objective:To research the effect of standardized traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention program on the clinical efficacy of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis,in order to provide standardized and personalized care for patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods:60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea on cold coagulation and blood stasis were included in the study.All were from June 2018 to November 2018 when they visited the gynaecological clinic of Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM,which met the clinical diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea and the characteristics of cold coagulation and blood.The random variable function(Rv.uniform)of the statistical software SPSS19.0 was used to randomly divide the disease into the control group and the observation group according to the order of treatment,30 cases in each group.The basic conditions of the age and duration of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed and there was no significant difference.In the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine routine nursing method was used to intervene in the traditional treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis.The patients in the observation group were given dialectical nursing measures,standardized Chinese medicine nursing technology operations and personalized health guidance on the basis of the control group to form a standardized Chinese medicine nursing intervention program for nursing.The observation period of both groups of patients was 3 menstrual cycles.The improvement of dysmenorrhea VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,Chinese medicine symptom complex score and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in age,duration,dysmenorrhea symptom score,dysmenorrhea severity,dysmenorrhea VAS score and Chinese medicine symptom complex score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);(2)30 cases in the observation group Among the patients,11 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.Among the 30 patients in the control group,1 case was cured,7 cases were significant,17 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 83.33%.So the observation group was better than the control group in terms of total efficiency;(3)After treatment,the dysmenorrhea VAS scores and the dysmenorrhea symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);Comparing between groups,the difference of dysmenorrhea VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the observation group was superior to the control group in reducing the dysmenorrhea VAS score and the dysmenorrhea symptom score;(4)After treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,the Chinese medicine symptom complex score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but compared with the two groups,the two groups were able to alleviate the symptoms of clots and cyanosis.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).And at the same time,there was a significant difference in improving the symptoms of early and post-menopausal cold pain in the lower abdomen and low blood volume(P<0.05),suggesting that the observation group improved the symptoms of the main symptoms(early and post-menopausal cold pain in the lower abdomen)and the secondary symptoms(low blood volume)are better;(5)Clinical safety analysis:Under the existing experimental conditions,no adverse reactions occurred during the observation period.Conclusion:(1)The Standardized and individualized Chinese medicine nursing intervention program has obvious curative effect on treating the patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis;(2)According to the method of standardization and individualized Chinese medicine nursing intervention program,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of cold blood stasis type PD,reduce the dysmenorrhea VAS score,the dysmenorrhea symptom score and the Chinese medicine symptom complex score,which is improving the primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis.In terms of comprehensive curative effect,it is obviously superior to traditional Chinese medicine routine nursing methods.
