Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with Chinese Medicine in treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis, and to explore an effective method for relieving dysmenorrhea, and to provide a reference for clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into test group and control group,30 cases in each group. The test group(moxibustion + Chinese Medicine Group)was treated with moxibustion + Chinese Medicine, and the control group(fenbid Group)was given oral administration fenbid. The observation Group(moxibustion + Chinese Medicine Group)and control group(fenbid Group)before treatment, after three menstrual cycles and three months follow-up of dysmenorrhea symptom score and plasma prostaglandin F2a,the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with Chinese Medicine on primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis was observed by statistical analysis.Results:1.Before the treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, duration, symptom score and severity of dysmenorrhea(P>0.05).2.In the 30 cases of treatment group,3 cases of clinical recovery,5 cases with effective effect,21 effective cases and 1 case were invalid, and the total effective rate was 96.7%.In the control group, there were 30 cases,2 cases of clinical recovery,3 cases with effective effect,17 cases effective and 8 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 73.3%.3.Two groups after treatment dysmenorrhea symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),but in the two groups after treatment of three menstrual cycles in the improvement of the dysmenorrhea symptom scores differences of no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.After treatment, the plasma prostaglandin F2a in the two groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment, and the difference was significantly statistically significant(P<0.01).After three menstrual cycles, there was a statistically significant difference in plasma prostaglandin F2a between the two groups(P<0.01).It showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in reducing the plasma prostaglandin F2a.5.Clinical safety analysis:no adverse reactions of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese Medicine therapy were found under existing test conditions.Conclusion:1.Both the experimental group and the control group could significantly improve the symptom score of patients with primary dysmenorrhea. After 3 months of treatment, the results of dysmenorrhea score showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in maintaining the stability of the curative effect.2.Moxibustion combined with less ventral stasis decoction could significantly reduce the level of plasma prostaglandin F2a,and better than the control group.3.Moxibustion combined with less ventral blood stasis decoction to treat the primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis was significantly better than that of oral administration fenbid.
