Home APP Design Based On Service Design Concept To Assist Nursing Patients With Alzheimer’s Disease

The advent of the mobile internet era provides a new generation of services,through which people can access information,digital media and technology in a shared manner.With the improvement of people’s living standards and the aging of the population,the number of patients with Alzheimer’s disease is increasing.At present,the medical field’s treatment plan for Alzheimer’s disease is a worldwide problem.In the treatment plan,non-pharmacological intervention and effective nursing methods are determined,which provides a certain space for the intervention of the design plan.The leading element in the design of interventional therapy is family caregivers who have no nursing experience.However,the current attention and care for family caregivers is far from insufficient,and relevant researches at home and abroad are currently extremely rare.The research on APP design of family care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease is carried out from two levels of theory and practice,combined with service design theory,tools and methods,to explore objective and effective design prototypes to obtain target user satisfaction.In the early stage,conduct offline unstructured interviews,online questionnaires,and offline visits to research objects such as AD patients,their families,and professional and non-professional nursing staff.They organize and summarize the survey questionnaires and transcripts,and establish a data information database.Sort out and analyze the data,visualize and intuitively express the characteristics and laws of caregivers and AD patients through drawing,and compare and analyze the actual unmet needs of target users and services that need improvement.Based on the theory of service design,through the methods and tools of service design,focus on analyzing and producing design insights,character history,user journey maps,and service blueprints to complete the service system design and discover the touch points of the service.From the perspective of user needs,the physical and non-physical elements of the service are comprehensively summarized and developed,starting from the needs of knowledge dissemination,cultural exchange,leisure experience,and personalized customization.The design of APP function modules,APP interface wireframe design,APP interface color preference and APP business model for patients with Zheimer’s disease completes the entire "Haimo" APP design prototype.Provide service audiences with effective,feasible,efficient,and user-expected services,create service value,and achieve value sharing.Propose design strategies for existing problems,and carry out design practice under the guidance of design strategies,so that design strategies not only stay at the theoretical level,but also verify the rationality and feasibility of knowledge through practice,and achieve the goal of unity of knowledge and practice.To realize the social meaning of well-being for people.
