Service Design Of Medical Care For Alzheimer Patients Based On Context Theory

As China's elderly population surges,the number of patients with Alzheimer disease is increasing year by year.Due to the long-term nature of the disease and cognitive impairment,the patients suffer from living capacity decline,physical decline,psychological abnormalities and other problems,which require long-term care from caregivers.Correspondingly,patients and their families have an increasing need for medical care for diseases.In the face of the needs of patients under medical care services,although institutions can provide professional disease care,there are problems such as closed environment,disorderly personnel and imperfect infrastructure in hospitals,which are not conducive to long-term care of patients.Based on Design Thinking,this research applies Service Design and Context theory to analyze and study the medical care for Alzheimer's disease patients and make corresponding design strategies.Bring Context awareness into the whole process of Service Design,analyze and apply it,and extend the research method of Service Design.Based on the people,objects and environment involved in this project,the context factors of medical care for Alzheimer's patients were divided into four categories: user,physical,social and activity.With the framework of four types of context factor analysis,Beijing XX hospital was taken as a research case to investigate and analyze the needs of patients.According to the problems in the survey,the author dug out the explicit and implicit needs of patients and constructed the model of patient needs.In the next stage of the research,the design strategy output is carried out through demand,aiming at the medical care of Alzheimer disease patients,and a service system based on the combination of online and offline,giving consideration to multiple stakeholders,is constructed to solve the care problems and solve the existing service contents.In this regard,it also provides reference for related researchers to study the care of Alzheimer's patients.
