Under the currently complex global environment, the economic form of society is undergoing tremendous changes. The demand for products of human is also constantly changing. They pay more attention to the process of contacting and using product so that they can gain more psychological feelings. To experience the coming economic era, service design thinking begins to receive widespread attention.The service design is the integration which includes the design and the people and things associated with the design. Its aim is to increase the user felling to the process of experiencing the service.Hospital, an important service institution, has the unshakable responsibility to provide satisfactory service for people. The application of self-service terminal in hospital saves manpower, material and financial resources for the hospital.what’s more, the most important thing is that people can get effective medical treatment. It not only meet the people’s needs, but also promote the development of hospital services system. However, in the application process, there are still some problems. For example, some users don’t know how to use, some do not want to use, and long queueing time, long registered time, long waiting time, short treatment time, The fundamental problem of "three long and one short," is not resolved. Human as the recipient and the recipient of the service, should know how to establish friendly cooperative relations between people and products, people and the environment as well as products and the environment. This will be the focus of this research.The research choice topic of the service design concept as the theoretical support, also involves interaction design, psychology, user experience, ergonomics and other related subjects. It is targeted on the conception of the service design and the relationship of service design and product design. "People-centered" and "System Design Methodology" is the central theme of this subject. Service design is a integration of consumer experienced contact. It observed hospital’s contact by selecting the useful contacts and abandoning non-functioning contacts.These contacts are the contest of this subject. The consumers received good experiences from the contacts are the aim of the excellent service design. Through in-depth investigating in hospitals and collecting data from internet and other forms, analyzing and studying the specific hospital medical environment and status of self-check payment devices development, analyzing the problems in the environment and defects and deficiencies self-check equipment to validate the service design. Users are the main body of service systems. To excavate the users’ demand and potential demand by observing human behavior and habits in the system and researching users in the form of questionnaires.From the perspective of system design, to make a unified analysis and study for the three elements of man, machine, environment, to coordinate the various elements, in order to enhance product usability and environment guidance.The hardware design should accord with human body size and the products’ software design should conform to the person’s psychology; coordinating products with appropriate position in the space environment and channeling flow, to promote the medical service system run efficiently.The hospital will face a huge challenge which is to bring to the patient’s relaxed, comfortable, easy to identify and easy to use service. The article not only provides the theory research and the corresponding design patterns to optimize the hospital fee self-service query all-in-one system and promotes the development and perfection of the level of medical care in our country, but also provides the reality basis for the development of other services, to lay the cornerstone for the realization of the complete service system.
