Design Of Community Health Care Services Centered On Families With AD Patients

As the contradiction between China's aging population and old-age resources has become increasingly prominent,the issue of old-age care has become an era of high-profile issues that need to be effectively addressed.As a special chronic disease,Alzheimer's disease(AD)has a very high incidence in the elderly population,and the number of patients with population growth is increasing.Alzheimer's disease is not a simple disease,but a neurological disease in which cognitive function continues to decline.Modern medicine cannot be cured.Once it develops,the condition will only worsen and it will require intensive care and medical services.However,neither the social security system nor the traditional medical system has formed an effective auxiliary maintenance and medical model for families of AD patients.Considering the particularity of the diseased group of AD,most of the families with such patients have serious burdens on the elderly,and the demand for pension is relatively strong.This article takes the family of Alzheimer's patients as the research object,and the needs of AD patients and caregivers.To carry out the split,firstly,through the method of deep user research,the characteristics of special users are summarized,and the hidden needs of the patient's family for the combination of medical care and old-age care services are summarized.At the same time,conduct on-the-spot research on community health service institutions and commercial medical institutions to understand the existing pension model and health management methods of professional institutions,conduct in-depth interviews with the management staff of the old-age institutions,hospital authoritative experts and family members of AD patients,and summarize the stakeholders' opinions.The demand point,from which to find the entry point of service design,proposes a community health care service design strategy for families with Alzheimer's disease.Secondly,in order to ensure that special senile diseases such as AD can enjoy long-term medical care services in the community,the feasibility of designing strategies,and the implementation of the “prepaid medical service” model at home and abroad and the “limited price,unlimited service” system.In-depth research draws on the most typical “HMO” management and insurance medical joint model in the United States to provide innovative guidance for the design of community health care models.This model is in line with the policy of the old-age service system advocated by the home-based,community-based,institutionalassisted,and medical-care system advocated at this stage in China.Through the commercialization lever of HMO,this paper allocates effective resources more rationally,provides strategic guidance for the construction of community medical service system,and aims to provide professional,scientific and humanized development of community medical care services,and provide a kind of relief for the pressure of social pension in China.Possible research directions.Today,when the issue of old-age care has gradually become a social issue,we will continue to meet the needs of the elderly and solve the problem of population aging,strive to meet the basic needs of the elderly,and promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the aged care service.Constructing a new type of old-age care service model that combines government leadership,social participation,and national action is the proper meaning of the development of the old-age service system in the new era.
