Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Hui needling acupuncture combined with McKenzie exercises in the treatment of blood stasis lumbar disc herniation,and to provide a reference for the treatment of blood stasis lumbar disc herniation by using Hui needling acupuncture combined with McKenzie exercises.Methods:74 cases of blood stasis lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into study group and control group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with McKenzie exercises,and the study group was treated with Hui needling acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Acupoint selection:kidney shu,large intestine shu,diaphragm shu,all bilateral.The treatment was once a day,five times a week for 4 weeks.General information of the patients was recorded in detail,and Visual analog pain score,LFR and JOA low back pain score were recorded before and after treatment,and JOA improvement rate was calculated from JOA low back pain score after treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated according to the JOA improvement rate combined with clinical symptoms and signs.The data collected were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed according to the results.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in general information(including gender,age,disease course),Visual analog pain score,LFR,and JOA low back pain score between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 91.89%,among which 7 cases were cured,16 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 83.78%,among which 3 cases were cured,8 cases were significantly effective,20 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of Visual analog pain score between the two groups after treatment: After treatment,Visual analog pain score scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The study group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of JOA low back pain scores between the two groups after treatment: After treatment,JOA low back pain scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The study group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of lumbar flexion range between the two groups after treatment: After treatment,lumbar flexion range in both groups were higher than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The study group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conlusions:1.Both of Hui needling acupuncture combined with McKenzie exercises and McKenzie exercises can relieve pain,increase the range of motion of the lumbar spine and improve the function of the waist.But the recovery of Hui needling acupuncture combined with McKenzie exercises has better effects.2.In the course of the study,no adverse reactions occurred.The method of Hui needling acupuncture combined with McKenzie exercises is safe,reliable and effective.It can provide a certain clinical basis for the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation with Hui needling acupuncture combined with McKenzie exercises.
