Clinical Observation Of Close Needling Combined With Rehabilitation Training In The Ttreatment Of Blood Stasis Lumbar Disc Herniation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of close needling combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,to provide scientific basis for the comprehensive therapy of close needling combined with rehabilitation training,and to seek a clinical thinking and treatment plan for the treatment of blood stasis LDH with good feasibility,significant efficacy and high repetition rate.Methods60 Numbers were randomly divided into treatment group and control group using SPSS22.0,with 30 Numbers in each group.Patients with lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria and those who did not meet the discharge criteria were numbered in the order of visit,and a total of 60 patients were included.The treatment was carried out in strict accordance with the grouping scheme where the number was located.The experimental group was treated with close needling combined with rehabilitation training,while the control group was treated with Shangtong Zhuyu decoction.VAS score and lumbar motion assessment were performed before treatment and 3 courses of treatment.The collected general data,observation indicators,clinical efficacy and other data were statistically analyzed through SPSS22.0 to evaluate the clinical efficacy,VAS score changes,and improvement degree of lumbar mobility of patients with blood stasis lumbar disc herniation treated by close needling combined with rehabilitation training.Finally,the differences between the treatment group and the control group were obtained.ResultsIn this study,a total of 60 cases were included,30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group.During the experiment,60 cases were actually completed,and no elimination,shedding or stopping were observed.The data analysis results are as follows:1.After treatment,13 cases in the treatment group were cured,15 cases were improved,and 2 cases were not cured,with a total effective rate of 93.33%;6 cases in the control group were cured,19 cases were improved,and 5 cases were not cured,with a total effective rate of83.33%.There was a statistical difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.After treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had the effect of improving pain and lumbar mobility.After treatment,there was a statistical difference in VAS score between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,indicating that the effect of pain improvement in the treatment group was better than that in thecontrolgroup.3.After treatment,the lumbar mobility of the two groups was statistically different from that before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had the effect of improving the lumbar mobility of the patients.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in lumbar forward flexion,posterior extension,left flexion,right flexion,left and right flexion mobility(P<0.05),and the overalllumbar flexion in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,suggesting that the improvement of lumbar flexion in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.ConclusionClose needling combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of blood stasis lumbar disc herniation has a better clinical effect than the simple treatment of Shangtong Zhuyu decoction,and can effectively relieve pain and improve lumbar mobility.
