Clinical Research On Treatment Of Upper Limb Spastic Paralysis After Stroke By Combined Rehabilitation Training With Jiejing Tongluo Liniment

Objective:To observe the improvement of the treatment method of antispasmodic liniment combined with rehabilitation training on upper limb sclerosis after stroke,and its effect on motor function(FMA)and daily living ability(ADL),and evaluate its safety Sex.Methods:Seventy-four patients with upper extremity sclerosis who met the inclusion criteria of this trial were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group of 37 cases.The control group was given rehabilitation training,and the observation group added antispasmodic collaterals on the basis of the control group for topical use,both groups took 4weeks as the end point of treatment.The spasm degree of the upper limbs on the affected side was graded before and after treatment.At the same time,the motor function of the upper limbs and the ability of daily living activities were scored.Comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiejing Tongluo liniment combined with rehabilitation training.Results:In this study,70 cases were actually enrolled,and 65 cases were finally completed.Among them,32 cases were actually completed in the observation group and 3 cases were dropped;33 cases were actually completed in the control group,1 case was dropped,and 1case was eliminated.The results show that: 1.There is no significant difference in the comparison of the basic data between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),which is comparable;2.Before and after treatment,the comparison between the two groups in the degree of spasticity,upper limb motor function and daily life activities There was a significant improvement in the above,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Comparison between groups after treatment,in terms of limb spasm,the spasm degree rating of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05);The total effective rate in the observation group was 84.38%,and the control group was63.64%.The observation group was also superior to the control group in evaluating the curative effect of improving the degree of spasticity(P<0.05).In terms of upper limb motor function,the improvement in the two groups was comparable(P> 0.05);In terms of daily life activities,the improvement in the observation group is more obvious than that in the control group(P <0.05),especially in the areas of toilet use,dressing,and up and down stairs(P <0.01)4.In terms of safety,the two groups had no adverse reactions to treatment and medication during the entire clinical trial treatment of the trial.Conclusion:1.Jiejing Tongluo liniment combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the degree of limb spasm in patients with upper extremity sclerosis after stroke,restore their upper extremity motor function,enhance their daily life activities and improve their quality of life.2.Jiejing Tongluo liniment combined with rehabilitation training did not cause adverse reactions during the course of this study,which is a safer treatment plan.
