Objective:By observing the improvement of patients with spasmodic upper limb paralysis during convalescence of apoplectic patients with warm acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. It provides a basis for the treatment of upper limb spasm after stroke by warm acupuncture. Methods:Using random number table method,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this project were divided into treatment group(warm acupuncture group)and control group(routine acupuncture group),30 cases in each group. Two groups of patients with encephalopathy department receive routine therapy(intravenous drip, oral drugs and acupuncture treatment),basic symptomatic treatment(control blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipid, etc.)and rehabilitation training. On this basis, the main points Binao,Quchi,Sanyangluo,Waiguan,Hegu in the treatment group were treated with warm acupuncture. Two columns moxibustion was applied to each acupoint. The treatment lasted for 6 days rests one day,14 days as a course of treatment, and continues two courses. Before and after treatment, patients in the two groups received modified Ashworth grading,Brunnstrom staging and simplified Fugl-Meyer score. The collected data were analyzed and counted by SPSS26.0.Results:1.There was no significant difference in general data(age, gender, course of disease, nature of lesion, limb distribution)between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in basic state(modified Ashworth grading,Brunnstrom stage and simplify Fugl-Meyer score)between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).3.Before and after treatment, there was significant difference in modified Ashworth grading,Brunnstrom stage and simplify Fugl-Meyer score between their own groups(P <0.05).That means both the treatment and control groups had improvements.4.After treatment, there was significant difference in modified Ashworth grading,Brunnstrom stage and simplify Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups(P < 0.05).That means the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training both can improve the muscle tension of the affected limb, promote the separation movement and functional recovery of the affected limb in patients with spastic upper limb paralysis during the recovery period of stroke, but the effect of warm acupuncture is better. |
