| Objective:To explore the effect of palace tendon pulling, poking and rolling manipulation in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis on the improvement of elbow pain and function.Methods:1.90 patients with external humeral epicondylitis in Wangjing hospital,Beijing Electric Power Hospital and Fengsheng Hospital of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group from October 2019 to February 2021.2.The experimental group was treated with pulling, poking and rolling manipulation and elbow joint training, while the control group was treated with elbow joint immobilization and external use of voltalin.3.Before treatment and on the 2nd,4th and 6th day after treatment, the VAS score, the hss2 elbow function evaluation scale and the tenderness value caused by tenderness meter were measured. Results:the VAS score of the two groups after 7 times of treatment was lower than that before treatment, the score of patients’ hss2 scale was significantly improved than that before treatment, and the force value of tenderness caused by tenderness measurement instrument was significantly increased than that before treatment. After the second treatment, the VAS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the hss2 score of the experimental group was slightly lower than that of the control group, and the tenderness of the experimental group was also lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).In the fourth and sixth measurement after treatment, the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. In the fourth and sixth measurement, the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. After the fourth and sixth measurement, the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Qinggong Zhenggu poking and rolling manipulation and elbow exercise can significantly relieve elbow pain and improve elbow function in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.2.The results showed that the treatment of the upper condylar of the humerus was faster than that of the external use of butalin, and the pain and elbow activity were improved more obviously.3.Qinggong Zhenggu poking and rolling manipulation is effective in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis, and the required site is not limited. It is easy for doctors to learn and easy to use,so it is worth promoting. |
