Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of humerus epicondylitis cured by acupotomy combined with manipulation treatment, find a comprehensive treatment method for better treatment of this disease.Method:According to the inclusion criteria, collect60cases contain outpatients and inpatients from January to December in2013, the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, Treatment group were treated with acupotomy combined with manual therapy, once a week;The control group were treated with block therapy combined with manual therapy, also once a week; Two times for a course of treatment, after a course of treatment, according to the two groups of patients lateral elbow pain, tenderness, extensor muscle of wrist tension experiment and strengthen experiment, the elbow joint function etc to determine the efficacy of standard data collection, then using the statistical software to research and analysis of the collected data, get the conclusion of the study.Result:The patients can tolerate and actively cooperate with the treatment, after the treatment of humerus patients tenderness, activities of pain, and forearm rotation function were better than that of control group, two sets of data analyzed by SPSS come to P<0.05, The results have significance.During the whole research process, patients vital signs were stable, no bad phenomenon was found, which means this treatment has higher safety factor.Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with manipulation treatment have exactly effects on humeral epicondylitis, which is minimally invasive utility, safe and reliable, significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
