| Objective: This topic is to elaborate the treatment concept of lateral epicondylitis of humerus through the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The main point of this research experiment is to treat external epicondylitis of humerus by arm flexion and extension manipulation, observe the clinical effect of arm flexion and extension manipulation on external epicondylitis of humerus, and conduct a comparative study on this manipulation,to observe whether the clinical effect of this method meets the expectations of patients and enhance people’s awareness of disease prevention and treatment. To find a more safe, practical and effective treatment for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lateral epicondylitis of humerus. Methods: Seventy-two patients from the outpatient clinic or treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were treated, studied and observed according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.Seventy-two patients were divided into treatment group and control group,36 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with the technique of "bending and stretching with clamping arms" and the control group was treated with the manipulation of regulating tendons.By collecting and recording the related data before and after the treatment of two groups of patients, and after the treatment, then statistical analysis of the relevant data before and after the treatment of two groups of patients, before and after the comparison,intra-group comparison,inter-group comparison, the results are obtained. Results: Of the 36 patients in the treatment group,20 were cured,6 were effective, while 7 were effective and only 3 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.7%.In the control group, only 11 patients were cured,8 were effective,12 were effective and 5 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.1%.According to the results of statistical software calculation, there are statistical differences in the curative effect between the two groups. The curative effect of the treatment group isbetter than that of the control group. Conclusion:Through the study,it is concluded that the clinical effect of the manipulation of "bending and stretching with clamping arms" in the treatment of lateral epicondylitis of humerus is definite, which is superior to that of the control group through statistical analysis. It is safe, practical and effective in clinical observation. |
