Clinical Study On The Treatment Of External Humeral Epicondylitis By Cupping

Objective:Through the randomized controlled study of clinical cases,the clinical effects of canister and acupoint dredging and pain point massage and traditional acupuncture on the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis were observed and compared.The mechanism of the treatment of Humeral Epicondylitis by the cupping was analyzed,and the theoretical basis for the treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis by the cupping was provided and a kind of clinical treatment was provided.Effective treatment.Method:60 cases of external humeral epicondylitis diagnosed with diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into 3 groups(group A,group B and group C)with 20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with cupping therapy.Group B was treated with acupoint dredging plus pain point massage manipulation,while group C was treated by traditional acupuncture.The 3 groups were treated every Tuesday and Friday for 4 weeks.The improvement of McGill and Mayo scores of the 3 groups were observed.Result:During the treatment,60 patients had no loss,and all of them completed the experimental observation.There were 20 cases in the ABC three groups.Before treatment,the gender,age and course of disease in the three groups were statistically P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the three groups.After treatment,the effective rate was found in group A,70% in group B,65% in group C,65% in group C,and 22 in group three,and in group A was superior to group B and C,P<0.05,B group and C group had no statistical significance,P>0.05,and McGill pain score,and three groups 22 compared with 0.05,there was no statistical difference between the group and the group.Significance,P>0.05;statistical Mayo function score comparison,A group was better than group B and C,P<0.05,B group and C group had no significant difference,P>0.05.Conclusion:The cupping therapy,the meridian point guidance and the pain point kneading technique and the traditional acupuncture can effectively relieve the pain discomfort of the epicondylitis of the humerus,and can improve the function of flexion,extension,internal rotation and external rotation of the elbow joint of the affected limb,and raise the quality of life,but the cupping therapy is more effective than the traditional acupuncture treatment and traditional acupuncture treatment.Good,walking can effectively relieve patients' clinical discomfort,high safety,and is worthy of promotion.Such...
