Purpose: This study aims to tired plucked method and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fall outside the stains combined with TDP treatment of humerus condyle phlogistic curative effect on the analysis comparison,and then study tired plucked method to treat humeral condyle inflammation on outside the clinical curative effect and mechanism of action,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Method: The study participants included up outside humerus condyle inflammation diagnosis standard of 60 cases of patients,according to the randomized method,the patients were divided into treatment group(group tired strumming)and control group(traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)collapse stains combined with TDP group).The treatment group was treated 1 times a day,15 min each time,5 times a week,5 times a course of treatment,and 3 courses of continuous treatment.The control group was treated with 1 dose per day for 30 min,5 times per week,5 times for one course of treatment,and 3 consecutive courses of treatment.Before treatment,treatment,end of the day for all of the patients pain visual analog scale(VAS),Mayo elbow function score determination,collect data and through statistical software for processing analysis,to compare two groups of patients with symptoms of pain and improve joint function.Result: The gender distribution,age distribution and course distribution of the two groups showed no significant difference.Conclusion: The treatment of external humeral epicondylitis is a very effective treatment.This therapy can effectively improve the patient's elbow pain symptoms,without adverse reactions,and is easy to be accepted by patients.
