Observe Of The Layers Adjusting External Treatment Of External Humeral Epicondylitis

Objective:Through the method of single blind randomized grouping, to observe the hospital preparation of Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, the Layers Adjusting External treatment of External humeral epicondylitis. Method:Through June2012to February2013in the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,50cases were observed by single blind, randomized grouping design, randomly divided into the treatment group (25cases) and control group (25cases). By statistical analysis, the two groups before treatment of gender, age and treatment of extensor tendon stretch test (Mills syndrome) VAS scores had no significant difference, compare the efficacy of two groups after3courses of treatment for21days, and pull test in the treatment of extensor tendon after distraction (Mills syndrome) and the VAS score, through statistical analysis of differences between the two groups.Results:After3days of treatment:treatment group effective11, invalid14, the total efficiency was44%, control group effective4, invalid21, the total efficiency of16%, tested by x2,x2=4.667, P=0.031, P<0.05, and there were significant differences between the two groups, the treatment group was better than that of the control group curative effect;7days of treatment:treatment group effective15, invalid10, the total efficiency was60%, control group effective8, invalid17, the total efficiency of32%, tested by x2, x2=3.945, P=0.047, P<0.05, and there were significant differences between the two groups, the treatment group was better than that of the control group treatment effect;14days of treatment:treatment group effective18, invalid7, the total efficiency was72%, control group effective14, invalid11, the total efficiency of56%, tested by x2, x2=1.389, P=0.239, P>0.05, no significant difference between the two groups, although the effect of treatment group, but and when;21days of treatment:treatment group effective20, invalid5, the total efficiency was80%, control group effective19, invalid6, the total efficiency of76%, tested by x2,x2=0.117, P=0.733, P>0.05, no significant difference between the two groups, the control group efficacy and the treatment group.
