Clinical Study Of Qinggan Jieyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension Patients With Liver-fire Hyperactivity Accompanied With Anxiety

Objective : The aim to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qinggan Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver fire accompanied by anxiety.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,patients admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects of the study.The research subjects that meet the criteria for inclusion in this subject are adopted by a simple randomized controlled trial method,and qualified subjects are divided into two groups according to the order of visits: a treatment group and a control group,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(amlodipine besylate tablets,specification: 5 mg per tablet),and the treatment group was treated with Qinggan Jieyu Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.Course of treatment: 4 weeks.Observe the blood pressure level before and after treatment,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure circadian rhythm,TCM clinical syndromes,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores and safety indicators in the treatment group and the control group.And summarize and analyze the obtained research data.Results:1.Antihypertensive effect: After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure circadian rhythm were significantly improved between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),with significant differences and statistical significance.The total effective rate of lowering blood pressure in the treatment group(93%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70%)2.TCM syndromes: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),with significant differences and statistical significance.The total effective rate of the treatment group(90%)is higher than that of the control group(60%).3.HAMA score: HAMA scores were significantly improved between the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),with significant differences and statistical significance.The total effective rate of the treatment group(93%)was higher than that of the control group(67%).4.Safety index and efficacy: Before and after treatment,there were no obvious abnormal changes in liver and kidney function and other related indexes in the two groups.There were no adverse reactions seen during the study period of this topic.Conclusion: Qinggan Jieyu Decoction can improve the blood pressure level of patients with hyperactivity of liver fire type hypertension and anxiety,reduce the patient’s HAMA score,relieve anxiety symptoms and TCM clinical symptoms.Therefore,Qinggan Jieyu Decoction has certain clinical efficacy in patients with hyperactivity of liver fire type hypertension and anxiety state.It has certain safety in clinical use.
