Objective: To observe the intervention effect of holographic meridian scraping on people with normal high blood pressure of hyperactivity of liver fire,in order to comprehensively evaluate the effect of this therapy on the change of blood pressure,TCM symptom score,du's hyperten sive quality of life scale score and safety in normal high blood pressure population,so as to provide an effective and safe TCM nursing method for early intervention of normal high blood pressure population. Methods: In this study,we recruited 84 subjects who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria by community posters and We Chat.We randomly divided t he subjects into two groups: the experimental group(n= 42)and the control group(n= 42).We gave the control group healt h education, the experimental group was given health education and holographic meridian scraping therapy,we performed holographic meridian scraping 3 times every 2 weeks, intervention for 6 weeks. We comprehensively evaluated t he nursing effects by observing the change of blood pressure, the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine, the score of du's hypertensive quality of life scale and safety. Results: 1.Comparison of systolic blood pressure: There was no significant differen ce between the two gro ups before intervention(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable. After intervention, the systolic blood pressure of the two groups was compared at different time points, there were time effect(F= 265.952,P<0.001)and inter-group effect(F=15.391,P<0.001),and there were interactive effects between time and groups(F=148.276,P<0.001).There were significant differences in systolic blood pressure before intervention,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks in the experimental group(P<0.01).The systolic blood pressure of the control group before intervention,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks were compared, except that there was no significant difference between 6 weeks and 4 weeks(P>0.05),the rest were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was sig nificant difference in pairwise systolic pressure among the intervention groups for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks(P<0.01).2.Comparison of diastolic blood pressure: There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable. After intervention, the diastolic blood pressure of the two groups was compared at different time points, there were time effect(F=231.324,P<0.001)and inter-group effect(F=75.961,P<0.001),and there was i nteraction between time and group(F=99.910,P<0.001).There were significant differences in diastolic blood pressure before intervention,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks in the experimental group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in diastolic blo od pressure before intervention,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks in the control group except for 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks in the control group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in diastolic blood pressure between the other two groups(P<0.01).There were significant differences among 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).3.The total score of TCM syndrome: There was no significant difference between the groups before intervention(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were com parable. After intervention, the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared at different time points, there were time effect(F=172.507,P<0.001)and inter-group effect(F=4.307,P<0.05),and there was interaction between time and group(F=6.674,P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the total scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before interventio n,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks(P<0.05).4.The curative effect of TCM syndrome score: After intervention, the experimental group was significantly effective in 19 cases, the markedly effective rate was 50.00%;the effective rate was 50.00%,and the total effective rate was 100.00%.In the co ntrol group,4 cases were markedly effective, the markedly effective rate was 11.76%,28 cases were effective, the effective rate was 82.35%,2 cases were ineffective, the ineffective rate was 5.88%,and the total effective rate was 94.11%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the test group and the control group by chi-square test(P>0.05).5.The total score of quality of life of hypertension: There was no significant difference between the two groups before interventio n(t=0.518,P>0.05),indicating that there was comparability between the two groups. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after intervention(t=23.580,P<0.01),while in the control group, there was significant difference befo re and after intervention(t= 11.982,P<0.01).After intervention, there was significant difference in the score between the two groups by independent sample t-test(t=4.935,P<0.01).6.Scores of all dimensions of quality of life: Before intervention, ther e were no significant differences in physiological symptoms, somatization symptoms, sexual dysfunction, sleep status, anger or vitality,anxiety,depression,obsessive-compulsive status, interpersonal sensitivity, work status and hostility between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in 11 dimensions before and after intervention in the test group by paired t-test and nonparametric test(P<0.05),and in the control group before and after intervention(P<0.05).There were significant differences in life symptoms, somatization symptoms, sleep status and anxiety scores among the 11 dimensions after intervention(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in sexual dysfunction, anger or vita lity,depression,obsessive-compulsive state,i nterpersonal sensitivity, working status and hostility(P>0.05).7.Safety evaluation: There were no abnormalities and no adverse reactions in the test group and the control group during the whole study period. Conclusion: 1.Holographic meridian scraping can reduce the blood pressure of people with normal high blood pressure in the type of hyperactivity of liver fire and promote the outcome of TCM syndromes of people with normal high blood pressure in the type of hyperactivity of liver fire.2.Holographic meridian scraping can improve the quality of life of people with normal high blood pressure.3.Holographic meridian scraping therapy is safe, effective, easy to be accepted by people with normal high blood pressure and has the value of popularization and application.
