Clinical Research Of Lianlong Anshen Decoction In Treating Patients With GAD In The Type Of Hyperactivity Of Heart-fire And Liver-fire

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Lianlong Anshen Decoction treating the type of hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire in generalized anxiety disorder by analysing the changes in scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),TCM Syndrome Quantification Scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the treatment process.Methods:In this study,80 GAD patients with hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire were classified into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases each randomly.The observation period is 4 weeks,every 2 weeks is a course,a total of 2 courses.Observation group:Lianlong Anshen Decoction(1 dose per day,decocted with 200 ml water,taken twice in the morning and evening)combined with Alprazolam(oral,0.4 mg,taken before sleep,once every other day).Control group:alprazolam(oral,0.4 mg,taken before going to bed,once every other day).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),TCM Syndrome Quantification Scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were observed.SPSS 26.0 was used for data analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Lianlong Anshen Decoction.Results:1.80 cases were included in the two groups,4 cases dropped out,and 76 cases were finally included in the efficacy statistics.There was no statistical difference in sex,age,course of disease and scores of four scales before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups of cases were comparable.2.Compare the HAMA scale scores before and after treatment:the two groups geting scores definitily decreased,and there was no statistical difference between the groups at 2 weeks of treatment.At 4 weeks of treatment,we can find statistical difference between two groups(p<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than control group when spending the fourth week.Compare to the control group get 84.21%in total effective rate and the 5.26%in the cure rate,the observation group achieved 92.11%in total effective rate and 13.16%in the cure rate.It shows that the total effective rate and cure rate of the observation group were better than the control group.3.Compare the TCM Syndrome Quantification Scale before and after treatment:the two groups geting scores definitily decreased,and there was no statistical difference between the groups at 2 weeks of treatment.At 4 weeks of treatment,we can find statistical difference between two groups(p<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than control group when spending the fourth week.Compare to the control group get 89.47%in total effective rate and the 7.89%in the cure rate,the observation group achieved 94.74%in total effective rate and 18.42%in the cure rate.It shows that the total effective rate and cure rate of the observation group were higher than the control group.4.Compare the PSQI scale before and after treatment:the scores of both groups decreased,and there was no statistical difference between the groups at 2 weeks of treatment.At 4 weeks of treatment,we can find statistical difference between two groups(p<0.05).It indicates that the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than control group when spending the fourth week.Compare to the control group get 81.58%in total effective rate and the 7.89%in the cure rate,the observation group achieved 92.11%in total effective rate and 15.79%in the cure rate.It suggests that the observation group's total effective rate and cure rate were higher than those of the control group.5.Compare the SAS scale before and after treatment:the scores of both groups decreased,and there was no statistical difference between the groups at 2 weeks of treatment.At 4 weeks of treatment,we can find statistical difference between two groups(p<0.05).It was provided that the curative effect of the observation group was better than the control group significantly after the fourth week.Compare to the control group get 84.21%in total effective rate and 5.26%in the cure rate,the observation group achieved 92.11%in total effective rate and 15.79%in the cure rate.It suggests that the total effective rate and cure rate in the observation group were better than the control group.6.There were 18 cases of adverse reactions in this study.There were 5 cases in the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 13%.There were 13 cases in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 34%.It indicates that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group is lower than the control group.Conclusion:This study confirmed that the efficacy of Lianlong Anshen Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder with hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire is better than using Western medicine alone,which can effectively improve the anxiety-related symptoms of patients with fewer adverse reactions,and is of great help to improving the quality of life and self-confidence of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
