The Clinical Observation Of Shugan Qianjiang Particles On BPV Of Hypertensive Patients With Liver-fire Hyperactivity Complicated With Anxiety

Objective:By observing the changes of blood pressure variability,Chinese medicine clinical syndrome score and generalized anxiety disorder scale scores of patients with hyperthyroidism-type hypertension and anxiety patients before and after 24 hours treatment with Shugan Qianjiang Granule combined with western medicine,preliminary evaluation of the effectiveness of Shugan subsidence particles and safety.Methods:In the Department of Cardiology of Fujian Provincial People's Hospital,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and informed consent was signed.Subjects were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each by envelope method.In the control group,Fondazirone citrate(Manufactured by Sumitomo Pharma,10mg per tablet)10 mg tid +amlodipine(Manufactured by Suzhou Dongrui Pharmaceutical,5mg per tablet)5 mg qd,If the blood pressure is not reach the standard plus telmisartan 80 mg/day 14 days after.The experimental group in the control group on the basis of drug delivery to Shugan subsided particles a bag of bid(early,after dinner,boiled water a blunt).Both groups are treated for 28 days.The changes of blood pressure,blood pressure variability,TCM clinical syndromes,GAD-7 scores,and safety indicators before and after treatment were observed in the experimental and control groups.Results:1.Antihypertensive effect:Both systolic and diastolic pressures of two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before.The statistical analysis of both was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.BPV:After treatment,SD(PS)and SD(PD)in experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.01);In the control group,SD(PS)was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and SD(PD)was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Both groups can significantly improve the standard deviation of systolic and diastolic blood pressure.After treatment,CV(PS)and CV(PD)in the experimental group and the control group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).It indicated that both groups can significantly improve systolic and diastolic pressure coefficient of variation.After treatment,SD(PS),SD(PD),CV(PS),and CV(PD)were statistically different(P<0.05),suggesting that the experimental group was superior to the control group.3.Anxiety effect:The GAD-7 scores decreased significantly after treatment in both groups.The rank sum test of the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01),and the effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.4.Chinese medicine clinical syndrome:Both groups have improved their TCM syndromes after treatment.Statistical analysis was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the experimental group improved the TCM syndromes better than the control group.5.Safety:There were no obvious abnormalities in blood,urine,excrement,liver and kidney function,and routine electrocardiogram during treatment.Conclusion:Shugan Qiangjiang Granules have certain clinical therapeutic effects on hypertensive patients with anxiety and anxiety.The addition of Western medicine treatment can more effectively reduce the blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure variability of patients,improve anxiety and TCM syndromes,and there are no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.
