| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Hu Dong Qiao’s prescription for treating insomnia(hereinafter referred to as modified hu’s insomnia prescription)combined with amlodipine besylate tablets on patients with primary hypertension and anxious state of exuberant heart and liver,and to compare the improvement of relevant indexes of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,traditional chinese medical syndrome score and anxiety score before and after treatment,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of hypertension with anxious state.Methods: A total of 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the three intracardiac departments of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table,32 cases in each group.The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets and flupentixol melitracen tablets.Amlodipine besylate tablets were given to the treatment group,and modified Hu’s insomnia prescription was added at the same time.The patients in the two groups were treated for four weeks in total,counted as one course of treatment.The mean ambulatory blood pressure,blood pressure load(BPL),smoothness index(SI),Hamilton anxiety scale score(HAMA score),self-rating anxiety scale score(SAS score),total TCM syndrome score and each individual symptom score before and after treatment were compared.The safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The dropping cases and adverse events were recorded at the same time.The data were analyzed and recorded using SPSS 25.0statistical software for comparison and evaluation of efficacy.Result:(1)Indexes of ambulatory blood pressure: After treatment,the levels of ambulatory blood pressure and BPL of the two groups in each period were lower than those before treatment,while the SI was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure level and blood pressure load of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the 24-hour smoothness index of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the nocturnal ambulatory blood pressure level and blood pressure load in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the nocturnal smoothness index was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the daytime ambulatory blood pressure level and blood pressure load in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the daytime smoothness index was higher than that in the control group without statistical difference(P>0.05).(2)TCM syndrome scores: after treatment,the total TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);For the comparison of TCM syndrome effects between the two groups,the effective rates were96.7% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of impatience,irritability and tinnitus of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of vertigo,headache,flushed face and eyes,dry mouth and bitter taste,insomnia and constipation-stained urine of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Anxiety score: HAMA and SAS scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,the HAMA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the SAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The comparison of HAMA scores showed that the effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were96.7% and 100%,respectively.According to SAS score,the effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 93.3% in the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Each index of ambulatory blood pressure could be improved in both groups.The modified Hu’s insomnia recipe combined with amlodipine besylate tablets outperformed flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in improving 24-hour and night ambulatory blood pressure,especially the night blood pressure had more advantages.(2)Both groups can improve the TCM syndrome.The modified Hu’s insomnia prescription combined with amlodipine besylate tablets is superior to flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in improving the TCM syndrome.Both groups could improve the symptoms related to TCM syndrome.The modified Hu’s Insomnia Decoction combined with amlodipine besylate tablets was superior to flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of vertigo,headache,red eyes,dry mouth and bitter taste,insomnia and constipation in terms of dark urine.The two groups were equivalent in terms of irritability and tinnitus.(3)Both groups could relieve the anxiety of the patients.The modified Hu’s insomnia recipe combined with amlodipine besylate tablets and flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets were equivalent in relieving the anxiety.In summary,the modified Hu’s Insomnia Decoction combined with amlodipine besylate tablets has significant curative effect.Compared with the flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets,the modified Hu’s Insomnia Decoction can more stably reduce blood pressure all day,reduce blood pressure fluctuation and reduce target organ damage,and has more advantages especially on the blood pressure level at night.Can better improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the modified Hu’s insomnia formula combined with amlodipine besylate tablets are superior to the flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in improving the symptoms of vertigo,headache,red eyes,dry mouth and bitter mouth,insomnia and constipation,and the effects of the two groups are equivalent in improving the symptoms of impatience,irritability and tinnitus,;and the effects of the two groups are equivalent in relieving anxiety,proving that the modified Hu’s insomnia formula and the flupentixol melitracen tablets have similar effects in treating anxiety states,and the drugs used in the test have no adverse reaction,have fair safety,and are worthy of promotion. |
