Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Jiangyayin Jiajian Fang On Aldosterone And Inflammatory Factors In Patients With Hypertensive Liver-yang Hypertension

Objective:To observe the improvement of single TCM symptom scores,blood pressure,aldosterone and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment of hypertension patients The possible mechanism of Fang's treatment of hypertensive liver-yang hypertensive type provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of hypertensive liver-yang hypertensive TCM.Methods:A total of 43 patients who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in this clinical research experiment.The patients were all from the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.During the treatment,3 cases of falling out were caused by various reasons,and the remaining 40 patients were all Complete treatment.The time is from October 2018 to October 2019.The age of the patients is in the range of 35-70 years.There is no restriction on the gender of men and women.Patients who are diagnosed with hypertension and hyperactivity of liver yang,the antihypertensive drink used by the tested patients plus The reduced prescription decoction was provided by the Herbal Medicine Bureau of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It was taken once a day for 4 weeks.Record the changes in individual TCM symptoms before and after treatment,changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment,changes in aldosterone(ALD)and inflammatory factor levels(TNF-?,etc.)before and after treatment,as well as the four major vital signs(body temperature T),Pulse P,respiration R,blood pressure BP),liver and kidney function and other safety monitoring indicators.For the experimental data collected by the test patients before and after treatment,the data was analyzed using SPSS23.0 statistical software.Result:1.The change of single points of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the single points of TCM syndrome of hypertension(hepatic yang hyperactivity type)is lower than before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Changes in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure Compared with before treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients after treatment were significantly reduced,and the efficacy was improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Changes in the levels of aldosterone(ALD)and inflammatory factors(TNF-?,etc.):The levels of aldosterone(ALD)and inflammatory factors(TNF-?,etc.)in patients who participated in the trial were lower than those before treatment.Significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Jiangya Yin Jiajian Recipe can improve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hypertension(hepatic yang hyperactivity).2.The Jiangya Decoction can reduce the blood pressure value of patients with hypertension(hepatic yang hyperactivity type).3.Jiangyayin Jiajianfang can reduce the levels of aldosterone(ALD)and inflammatory factors(TNF-?,etc.)in patients with hypertension(hyperactive liver-yang hyperactivity).
