Objective:To observe the effect of Qinggan Jiangya Granule on blood pressure, clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with high-normal blood pressure and early-onset grade 1 hypertension(Liver Fire Hyperactivity Syndrome),with a view to providing an effective method for Chinese medicine to intervene high-normal blood pressure and early-onset grade 1 hypertension.Method:This study intends to select 70 patients with high-normal blood pressure or early-onset grade 1 hypertension who meet the inclusion criteria from April 20l9 to December 2019 in the outpatient department and wards of Changzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital.Actually 63 cases were collected, according to the included cases. The cases were numbered sequentially, with 33 odd-numbered patients in the control group and 30 even-numbered patients in the treatment group.Control group:follow-up on the basis of lifestyle improvements including low-salt diet(<5g per person per day),weight control, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, physical exercise, and stress reduction.Treatment group:on the basis of the above-mentioned lifestyle improvement, the self-made Qinggan Jiangya granules provided by the intelligent pharmacy of the outpatient clinic of Changzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital are added..Methods:take the granules, one box at a time,100 ml boiling water at a time, fully nix,and take them half an hour after meals every day.Course of treatment:Two weeks is a course of treatment, three consecutive courses of 6 weeks in total.By observing the changes of TCM syndrome scores, clinic blood pressure, ambulatory blood pressure, family blood pressure and related safety indicators before and after the two groups of interventions,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this prescription in intervention of high-normal blood pressure and early-onset grade 1 hypertension.Result:1.Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms:?The total score and single score of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than before.? After the intervention, the score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).?The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).?The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 89.29%,significantly better than 43.33%in the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).In conclusion, the treatment group is better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.2.Consulting room blood pressure:?The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after the intervention compared with that before the intervention(P<0.01).?After the intervention, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).?The decrease of systolic and diastolic blood pressiure in the treatment group was significantly higher than tfhat in the control group(P<0.01).?The total effective rate of blood pressure in the treatment group was 67.86%,which was better than 43.33%in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion, the improvement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Ambulatory blood pressure:After the intervention, the average SBP in daytime,DBP in daytime,SBP in nighttime,DBP in nighttime,SBP in 24H and DBP in 24H in both groups were lower than those before the intervention, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).It shows that the improvement of ambulatory blood pressure in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.4.Home blood pressure 2 weeks after the end of the interventlon:The systolic blood pressure in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).5.There no serious adverse events in the two groups diiring the clinical study. Two cases in the treatment group had diarrhea adverse reactions, and the related safety indexes in the two groups were basically normal before and after treatnent. Conclusion:Qinggan Jiangya Granule has the effect of stable hypotension in the treatment of high-normal blood pressure and ear]y.onset grade 1 hypertension(Liver Fire Hyperactivity Syndrome). It has obvious therapeutic effect in improving the symptoms of vertigo, headache, impatience and irritability.as well as the concurrent symptoms of bitter mouth, thirst, redness of the eyes, blush, constipation, yellow urine and so on.lt is safe and non-toxic side effects, and has important clinical application value in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
