In the modern medicine, the terminology called the external humeral epicondylitis. Which caused inconvenience to patients in daily life. At present, there are many method for external humeral epicondylitis, but there is short of a preferred treatment protocols. Therefor, in this study, we focus on exploring an optimal treatment for external humeral epicondylitis.ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effectiveness of Fu’S Subcutaneous needing for external humeral epicondylitis. And the mechanism of the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing was discussed, through the comparison with stimulation of electro-acupuncture or fire needle treatment.MethodsThere were 87 qualified cases of external humeral epicondylitis patients in this study. Then by a randomly remainder procedure, the patients were divided to three groups. In the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing groups, the patients accepted Fu’S Subcutaneous needing with a swinging operation technique. With the same acupoint selection, the second group received electro-acupuncture. While in the third group, the fire needling was choosed. At last, observation indexes were recorded and compared with the three groups. And through the different stimulation way, the mechanism of the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing was explored..Results1 VAS scores:after the three groups respectively accepted the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing、electro-acupuncture-fire needling, the VAS scores were decreased, And the data had significant difference(P<0.01), but with the comparison of Fu’S Subcutaneous needing and electro-acupuncture group, the VAS scores data had no statistical difference(P>0.05), while the score of Fu’S Subcutaneous needing and fire needling was substantially below electro-acupuncture group(P<0.01). the data suggested that Fu’S Subcutaneous needing had a remarkable effect of easing pain. Then the fire needling.2 PFG scores:after the three groups respectively accepted the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing^ electro-acupuncture、fire needling, the PFG scores were increased, And the data had significant difference(P<0.01), and the three groups were compared in pairs, the score of Fu’S Subcutaneous needing significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.01). and the fire needling group higher than the electro-acupuncture group(P<0.01). the data suggested that Fu’S Subcutaneous needing had a remarkable effect of restored the grip。3 Mayo scores:after the three groups respectively accepted the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing、electro-acupuncture、fire needling, the mayo scores were increased, And the data had significant difference(P<0.05), and the three groups were compared in pairs. the score of Fu’S Subcutaneous needing significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.01). while the data had no statistical difference between the fire needing and electro-acupuncture group.(P>0.05). the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing could best resume the joint function.4 The clinical therapeutic effects were compared after short term in two courses of treatment, the cure rate of the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing group was superior to other two groups, and the data had statistically significant(P<0.01). but the effective rate of the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing group had no statistically significant(P>0.05), while compared with the fire needling group. However, after one month of treatment, the cure rates and the effective rate of the Fu’S Subcutaneous needing were higher than other two groups, with remarkable statistics significance(P<0.01)..Conelusionthe Fu’S Subcutaneous needing has the property of traditional superficial needling. It regulate the channels, vivify the joint, and nourish the tissues by energizing the defensive Qi. Fu’S Subcutaneous needing is simple to operate, and continuous effectiveness. It must to be the best remedy for external humeral epicondylitis.
