OBJECTIVE: This study observes the clinical efficacy of compound angelica injection in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH)for postoperative residual pain after foraminal discectomy(PTED),and evaluates its therapeutic effect To further analyze the differences and score changes between compound angelica injection therapy and celecoxib oral therapy,in order to find effective methods to effectively alleviate residual pain after PTED and provide scientific basis and experience for clinical treatment.METHODS: The subjects of the study were LDH patients who received PTED treatment at Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.64 LDH patients with postoperative residual pain were screened out..According to the number table method, these 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the celecoxib capsule oral control group(control group,n=32)and the celecoxib oral combined compound angelica injection acupoint injection experimental group(experimental group),N=32).The pain treatment time was 14 days.During the treatment period,1 case fell off from the control group and 2 cases fell off from the experimental group. The actual clinical effective population is 61 cases, the control group 31 cases, and the experimental group 30 cases. Before pain treatment,on the 7th and 14 th days of treatment, the JOA score,VAS pain score, and the number of tender points were collected and recorded in the two groups. Finally, compare whether these pain-related indicators are different between the two groups.RESULT1.The basic data of the control group and the experimental group were not statistically different after analysis(P>0.05),and the two groups of patients were not statistically different after analysis of relevant observation indicators before treatment(P>0.05).2.Comparison between the control group and the experimental group after 1 and 2weeks of treatment: Compared with the control group, the experimental group’s VAS score was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the number of tender points was significantly reduced(P<0.05),JOA The score increased significantly(P<0.05).3.The control group and the experimental group compare the observation indicators within the group. The VAS scores, the number of tender points, and the JOA scores before treatment,1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).4.The overall curative effect results of the two groups: The two groups were evaluated according to the JOA score. The cure rates of the experimental group and the control group were: 10% and 3.2%;the marked rates were 63.4% and 22.6%,and the effective rates were 23.3.%,67.7%;the total effective rates are: 96.7%,9.35%.Compared with the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group has better curative effect.Statistical analysis shows that the difference is statistically significant(p=0.003<0.05)Conclusion The observation of clinical efficacy found that compound angelica injection combined with oral celecoxib capsules has a definite effect on the treatment of residual pain after PTED operation of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The use of this therapy in the early stage of the appearance of pain symptoms can significantly reduce the patient’s residual postoperative pain, improve waist function and reduce tenderness points.
