Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation By Electroacupuncture At Jiaji Points Of The Waist Combined With Acupoint Injection

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,in order to provide clinical basis for this method.[Method]Calculator random number method was used in the experiment..Those with odd Numbers were divided into electroacupuncture group and those with even Numbers were divided into acupoint injection group..The random number is packed into the envelope separately,and the envelope serial number is compiled according to the order of the random number.Each clinician opened the envelope in turn according to the order of patients coming to the hospital.According to the random number in the envelope,the patients were divided into electro-acupuncture group and electro-acupuncture acupoint injection group,and the corresponding experimental methods were adopted.A total of 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation were included.L3,4 and 5 lumbar Jiaji points were selected as the main points in both groups.If there were pain and numb in buttocks or lower extremities,the Huantiao piont and Zhibian piont on affected side rank edge were added.The electroacupuncture group was selected from the No.30 1.5-cun needle to obliquely spur the spine,so that the tip of the needle reached the periosteum of the lamina,and the method of translating the sputum was used to flatten the diarrhea,so that the patient had slight bulging,and then the same side was applied with G6805-The 2 type multi-purpose electroacupuncture instrument is used for 15 minutes,using continuous wave,the frequency is adjusted to 1st gear(about1Hz),the intensity is micro-visible local muscle beat,and the patient feels comfortable.The Zhibian piont and the Huantiao point are straight 2.7-2.9cun.After getting gas,use the electro-acupuncture and the needle is left for 15 minutes.At the same time,the TDP lamp is used to illuminate the back.The acupoint injection group was given the same treatment method and then acupoint injection was added.The patient was placed in the prone position,and the skin of the acupoint was routinely disinfected.A 5 ml disposable sterile syringe was used to extract 1 ml(0.5 mg)of the methylcobalamin injection.The needle was inserted into the acupuncture point by the painless rapid needle insertion method,and the needle was slowly advanced or inserted up and down.When the sensation of gas is felt,the needle core is pulled back.If there is no blood return,the liquid medicine can be injected,0.5ml per hole.Acupoints are the lesions of the lumbar spine by CT or MRI or tenderness points,usually L4 or L5 Jiaji points.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks,3 times a week,and 6 months follow-up.[Result] There were no differences in age,gender,disease duration,VAS score,and symptom and physical sign quantitation score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant and comparable.1.VAS score: After treatment,the mean VAS of the two groups decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the acupoint injection group was significantly lower than that of the electroacupuncture group at the 4th and 6th week.Academic significance(P<0.05);2.Symptoms and signs quantitative table score: After treatment,the score of the two groups decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score was significantly lower in the acupoint injection group in the first month.In the electroacupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy: 8 cases were cured in the electroacupuncture group,12 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.5%.The acupoint injection group was cured.In 12 cases,15 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.8%.The difference of therapeutic effects between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).The acupoint injection rate(84.38%)was higher than that of the electroacupuncture group(62.5%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection is more effective than electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
