Intervention Study Of Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy On Pain Of Lumbar Disc Herniation In The Elderly

Objective:Based on traditional Chinese meridian theory instruction,on the basis of disease a kidney,formulate intervention point injection scheme,and carry out clinical research,verify the improvement in patients with liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion effect,less pain and dysfunction in order to improve the quality of clinical care,for the rich connotation of TCM nursing and clinical practice to provide the basis.Methods: A total of 80 elderly LDH patients with liver and kidney deficiency hospitalized in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion from December 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The intervention group received acupoint injection therapy on the basis of the control group,and the methods of the control group included health education,lumbar and back muscle exercise,and daily treatment and nursing of the acupuncture department.The VAS scale and ODI scale were used to comprehensively evaluate the pain and lumbar function of patients in the two groups.The time points of evaluation were before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Results: After 2 weeks of treatment,the intervention group was superior to the control group in terms of pain improvement(P<0.05).In the improvement of ODI,the intervention group was significantly better than the control group after 1 week of treatment(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement of pain score and ODI score in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint injection therapy is effective in improving the pain and lumbar motor function of elderly LDH patients with liver and kidney deficiency,which is worthy of popularization and application.
