Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (cold-dampness Syndrome) With Duhuojii Decoction And Zhengqing Fengtongning Point Injectio

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of duhuojisheng decoction combined with Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation at points,to provide evidence support for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in traditional Chinese medicine,and to seek for a safe,effective and easy treatment method to better serve the clinical and patients.Methods: using spss22.0 software will conform to the standard of 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups,each group 20 cases,respectively+acupoint injection for traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine group and acupoint injection group,record group before and after treatment and follow-up 2 months after treatment of VAS score,ODI dysfunction index and according to Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation result of LDH,and the related statistical methods to analyze the conclusion.Results: the total effective rate of the three groups after treatment was 85%,65% and 60%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score and ODI of each group were decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment in the same group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and ODI scores of the three groups were compared in two groups,and the difference between the Chinese medicine + acupoint injection group and the other two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),among which,the difference between the Chinese medicine group and the acupoint injection group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).During the follow-up 2 months after the end of treatment,VAS score and ODI score of each group showed different increases,but no significant statistical significance was found after statistical analysis(P>0.05).Conclusion: first,each group of the experiment has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of cold and wet type of lumbar disc herniation;Second,the long-term efficacy of TCM + acupoint injection group in the treatment oflumbar disc herniation is better,and there are no obvious side effects,which is worthy of promotion.Thirdly,duhuojisheng decoction and Zheng Qing Feng Tong Ning point injection complement each other,and the experiment is worthy of further study.
