Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy on electro-acupuncture combining with acu point-injection of compound Ossotide injection treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusio n.Methods:Strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, select 90 patients. Simple random method, divided into electroacupuneture combining with acupoint-injection of Ossotide injection groups (A group), electro-acupuncturegroup (B group), acupoint-injection of Ossotide injection group (C group) of three groups, each of 30 cases. Three groups based on treatment in the same condition treated by program, respectively. Three groups before treatment and after treatment were a "lower back pain assessment criteria"(JOA score) and visual analog scale (VAS) score standards for the assessment of the clinical symptom score; according to Traditional Chinese Medicine Society of Arthralgia criteria to determine clini-cal efficacy. Clinical data collection is completed, use SPSS 17.0 statistical package for statist ical analysis.Results:(1)Clinical curative effect evaluation:The total effective rate was A group:96.67%, B group:86.67%, C group:83.33%, the rank sum test, A group and B, Cgroup, there was significant difference (P<0.05), description A group was superior B group and C group.(2)JOA score:group A after treatment with the B,C group by ANOVA,a significant differe nce (P<0.05), that A group improved JOA score better than the B group of patients and C gro-ups.(3)VAS score:VAS score three groups,A groupand Bgroup with needle acupuncture before and immediately after, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), that the two group s have a better analgesic effect immediately.A group and B group VAS immediately after the needle between the two groups,P<0.05; description A group of immediate pain relief is bett-er than the B group. After three treatments, A group of analgesic efficacy superior to B,C grou-p (P<0.05), C group was better than B group (P<0.05), shows analgesic effect of recent gro up A than group B, C group. Conclusion:The electro-acupuneture combining with acupoint-injection of Ossotide injection can be able to improve lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patient's clinical symptoms, especi-ally in the alleviation ache aspect, will have good immediate and the near future stops pain the effect. Explained that the electro-acupuneture combining with acupoint-injection of Ossotide injection treats the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion sickness clinical curati-ve effect to affirm that may take one on clinical waist intervertebral disc prominent sick ness complex therapy methods.
