| Objective: 1.To observe, record and analyze the Clinical efficacy of acupotomy combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment on residual pain after lumbar intervertebral disc herniation;2.the mechanism of acupotomology combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of residual pain after lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was analyzed and discussed,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical demonstration for the clinical treatment of residual symptoms after lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: A total of 60 inpatients with lumbar intervertebral herniation who received residual postoperative pain symptoms after intervertebral foraminal surgery were selected from the Department of Spine of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to October 2020.According to random number method,60 patients were divided into three groups:acupotomy group(n = 20),Chinese medicine group(n = 20),and acupotomgy +Chinese medicine group(n = 20).Three groups of patients were given basic blood circulation and detumescence, nutrition drugs treatment. The acupotomgy group was treated with acupotomy, the Chinese medicine group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction plus subtraction internal administration, and the acupotomy +Chinese medicine group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction plus subtraction combined with acupotomy. All the three groups were treated for a course of 2 weeks, and the improvement of clinical symptoms and scores of each patient before,2 weeks after and 4 weeks after treatment were recorded, and the efficacy of the three treatment methods was comprehensively evaluated.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical processing of data. The verification standard a =0.05,and P < 0.05 indicated statistical significance.Result:VAS score and JOA score were improved in the three groups, and the clinical improvement rate was obvious.VAS score: before each treatment VAS score difference is not significant(P > 0.05),4 weeks after treatment in three groups more obvious difference,Chinese medicine group and the acupotomgy group were lower than acupotomgy + Chinese medicine group, and the differences between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating acupotomgy + Chinese medicine is significantly better than the Chinese medicine group and the acupotomy group in terms of pain improvement;JOA score: there was no significant difference in JOA score among all groups before treatment(P > 0.05),but at 4 weeks after treatment, there was significant difference in JOA score among the three groups(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The results indicated that the acupotomy + Chinese medicine group had better effect on the improvement of symptoms, signs and daily living ability.Clinical efficacy of TCM: Among the 20 patients in the acupotomy + Chinese medicine group,10 were cured clinically,5 were significantly effective,4 were effective, and 1 was ineffective, and the improvement rate was 95.00%.After treatment,6 patients in the acupotomy group were cured clinically,5 were significantly effective,3 were effective and 6 were ineffective, and the improvement rate was 70.00%.After treatment,5 patients in the TCM group were cured clinically,3 showed obvious effect,5 were effective and 7 were ineffective, and the improvement rate was 65.00%.After statistical analysis,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.CONCLUSION: 1.All the treatment methods in the three groups can improve the residual pain symptoms after lumbar intervertebral disc herniation。2.Acupotomy combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of residual symptoms after lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, which is worthy of clinical application. |
