Objective: In this study, the clinical effect of compound angelica injection on pain after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)was observed. Objective to evaluate the efficacy and superiority of compound angelica injection at acupoint in postoperative pain treatment, and to find an effective method to relieve postoperative pain after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods: In this study,a total of 78 patients with postoperative pain of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture PKP who met the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the number table method, the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with compound angelica injection and the control group was taken celecoxib capsule orally. Finally, experimental data were obtained: 3 cases were lost in the treatment group and the control group respectively,72 cases were observed in clinical practice, and 36 cases in the treatment group and the control group respectively. Both the experimental group and the control group were given anti-osteoporosis treatment and five-point support lumbar back muscle functional exercise treatment, the course of treatment was 2 weeks as the basic treatment. The results were obtained by comparing the JOA score,VAS pain score and number of tenderness points of patients in the treatment group and the control group before treatment,1 week of treatment, and 2 weeks of treatment.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the control group and the treatment group in gender, age, surgical segment, disease course(time interval from injury to surgery)and other basic data(P > 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in visual indicators such as VAS,JOA score and number of tenderness points before treatment(P > 0.05).2.Comparison results between the control group and the treatment group after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment were as follows: compared with the control group,VAS score was significantly reduced(P < 0.05),the number of tenderness points was significantly reduced(P < 0.05),and JOA score was significantly increased(P < 0.05).3.VAS score, number of tenderness points and JOA score before treatment,1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment were significantly different between the control group and the treatment group(P < 0.05).4.The overall therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated according to JOA score,of which the cure rate, apparent efficiency, effective rate and inefficiencies of the treatment group were 5.6%,38.9%,52.8% and 2.7%.In the control group, the cure rate was 2.7%,the apparent efficiency was 8.3%,the effective rate was 83.4%,and the inefficiencies were 5.6%.Compared with the treatment group, the treatment group had better efficacy, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: By observing the clinical efficacy of each evaluation index,it was found that compound angelica injection at acupoint had obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of postoperative pain of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture PKP.And in the early relief of postoperative pain, improve the lumbar function and reduce the tenderness of all aspects have a better effect.
