Gegen Decoction Treatment Based On The "Prescription-Disease-Human" Thinking Study On The Prescriptions And Syndromes Of Tension-Type Headache

Objective:To statistically analyze the literature cases of Gegen Decoction for the treatment of headache and the clinical cases of Gegen Decoction for the treatment of tension-type headache,and to combine the two to sort out the clinical law of Gegen Decoction for the treatment of tension-type headache,and to provide objective indications for the clinical treatment of tension-type headache.Methods:A retrospective study was used to collect ancient and modern literature and outpatient cases respectively,and use excel to establish a database,using statistical methods such as frequency and golden section,to comprehensively obtain the characteristics of Gegen Decoction in the treatment of tension-type headache,namely age and symptoms,physique and medication rules.Results:After analyzing 102 documented cases of using Gegen Decoction to treat headaches,it was found that it was more common in women,with a male-to-female ratio of1:1.3,and the peak age of onset was 30-39 years old.In addition to headache,clinical symptoms such as aversion to cold,neck stiffness,no sweating,dizziness,fever,insomnia,fatigue,loose stools,pale tongue,thin white fur,floating pulse,etc.have a higher incidence rate.The treatment is often compatible with divergent wind chill medicines15.93%,blood-activating and pain-relieving drugs 12.98%,divergent wind fever medicines9.14%,qi-reinforcing drugs 7.96%,warming the interior drugs 6.19%,lukewarm cold phlegm5.90%,resting wind antispasmodic drugs 5.31%,accounting for 63.42% of the total frequency of flavored medicines.Collected 104 cases of tension-type headache treated with this prescription in outpatient clinics.Among them,the age of female patients is larger than that in the literature,and the incidence tends to be concentrated in the age of 30-49.The syndromes increase the dry skin,irritability,nausea and vomiting,and irregular menstruation.etc.as the main clinical manifestations.The frequency of use of supplemented medicines in combination with inducing diuresis to alleviate edema medicine,blood activating menstrual regulating medicines and liver-yang medicines has increased.Most of the patients in the clinic are of sturdy or medium build,with dark or red complexion.Conclusion:The main symptoms of Gegen Decoction in the treatment of tension-type headache:neck stiffness,aversion to cold,no sweat,insomnia,dizziness,fatigue,loose stools,pale red tongue,thin and whitish fur,pulse string floating number.Or it may have symptoms such as dry skin,irritability,nausea and vomiting,and irregular menstruation.Physical characteristics:women are more common,with strong or medium-sized,dark or red complexion.Addition and subtraction of drugs:In the diagnosis and treatment,it is often compatible with divergent wind chill medicines,blood-activating and pain-relieving drugs,qi-reinforcing drugs,warming the interior drugs,or both water-swelling anti-tumor medicines,blood circulation regulating medicines and liver-yang-relieving medicines.
