The Warming Yang And Relieving Superficies Methodfor Yang Deficiency And Cold Syndrome Of Toufeng Disease's(Tension-Type Headache) Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Application of tutor's experience with Gegen Decoction in thetreatment of tension-type headache,and observe its clinical curative effect and explore lead to tension type headache pathogenesis of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation and explore broaden the new idea and method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tension type headache.Methods:60 cases were selected according to the criteria,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.First fill anxiety scale,depression scale except in severe anxiety,depression;then,fill in the syndrome scale,out patients with syndrome of yang deficiency and coagulated cold;treatment group andcontrol group in all fill in the scale before and after the treatment of headache disorders,clinical symptom scale,quality of life scale,and the data were analyzed.Treatment group was treated with Gegen Decoction.One dose of water decoction.Control group received Zhengtianwan pill,each 6G orally,2 times a day.All the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results:By statistical analysis,There were no significant differences in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups.Before and after treatment in the treatment group,the effective rate was 86.7%,and Clinical symptoms efficiency was 90.0%;the control group before and after treatment of headache disorder rate was 66.7%.Clinical symptoms efficiency was 63.3%.Treatment group before and after treatment of quality of life score were 81.83±4.88?86.9±5.12.Control group before and after treatment of quality of life score were 80.60±6.21?83.90±6.41.Conclusion:Through the study of 60 patients with tension-type headachein patients with clinical observation found that modified Gegen decoction can effectively relieve or ease the tension-type headache in patients with headache,and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome, signs,the quality of life of patients.Relieve the pain of patients.Its efficacy was significantly better than that of the Zhengtian pill.
