Research On Optimization Of Primary Health Supervision Mechanism From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

The traditional grassroots health supervision and management mode is backward and the form is rigid.With the emergence of cross-border and deep-rooted governance problems such as "illegal practice",the defects of the existing supervision mechanism are also increasingly revealed.Collaborative governance is the governance activity of multi-stakeholders participating in public affairs,Solve problems that cannot be solved by a single organization,To achieve common governance goals.It is an emerging model and development direction of social governance.Wujin District introduced the concept of collaborative governance in the illegal medical treatment and prevention mechanism,and formulated and implemented a long-term synergistic mechanism to combat illegal medical practice.This research uses a combination of case analysis methods,statistical methods such as statistical methods,to compare and analyze the key work data of Wujin District and Changzhou District before and after the implementation of the mechanism.Investigate the impact of collaborative governance on the effectiveness of grassroots health surveillance.Through research,it is found that collaborative governance enhances the effectiveness of illegal medical practice in Wujin District and optimizes the grassroots health supervision mechanism.Finally,we summarize the concrete manifestation of the synergistic optimization effect and study its specific role.We analyze the existing deficiencies and causes,and consider specific measures to further improve the effectiveness of optimization.It is hoped that the practice of grassroots health supervision mechanism optimization research will be opened.
