ObjectiveIn this study, the clinical effect of the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome by observing the Lijin massage was compared with rehabilitation training. The Shoulder Hand Syndrome Score(SHSS),Numeric Rating Scales(NRS),and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale were compared. As an observation index, explore the curative effect and difference between the two groups of treatment. The aim is to affirm the effectiveness of Lijin massage treatment for shoulder-hand syndrome,to provide ideas for exploring the mechanism of Lijin massage on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, and to explore new treatment options.MethodsBased on the principle of randomized control,64 clinically accepted cases meeting the diagnostic criteria of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Lijin massage and the control group was treated with rehabilitation training.Treatment was performed once a day for 5 days as a course of treatment, and both groups were treated for 2 courses. The data were statistically processed using SPSS 22.0 software. The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated by comparing changes in SHSS,NRS,and FMA scores before and after treatment.Results1.Baseline data comparison:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of baseline data such as gender, age, course of disease and Observe indicators before treatment(P>0.05).2.Observation index analysis:Observation index evaluation was performed after 2 courses of treatment. The SHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparing the SHSS scores between the two groups after treatment,it was found that the SHSS score of the Li jin massage group was significantly better than the rehabilitation training group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NRS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison of NRS scores between groups after treatment, comparison between groups, found that the improvement of pain was better in the treatment group than in the rehabilitation training group(P<0.05).The FMA scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparing the scores and differences between the two groups of patients after treatment, the scores were not significantly different(P>0.05).3.Efficacy assessment analysis:The efficacy of this study was evaluated after the end of two courses of treatment. In terms of SHSS reduction rate, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.63%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 84.37%.The difference in curative effect was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion1.Li jin massage and rehabilitation training are effective in improving the pain, swelling, restricted movement and upper limb function of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.2.The treatment group was superior to the rehabilitation training group in relieving pain, swelling and other symptoms. The total response rate was higher in the treatment group. In terms of upper extremity motor function, the Lijin massage has the same improvement effect as rehabilitation training.
