The Distribution And Application Of The Point I Tendon Lesions In The Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Stroke

Purpose:The method of palpation was used to study the distribution of the sinew nodules in the upper limbs of the patients with shoulder-hand syndrome in stage ? after stroke.And select the high frequency nodules as a point of acupuncture treatment points.So that acupuncture workers can quickly and accurately locate the lesion,reduce the number of acupuncture,and verify the efficacy of nodal lesions in the further treatment of this disease.The tendon medical research provides a new treatment ideas for the basic research,and the acupuncture and treatment can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical selection.Material and method: 1.According to the running of upper limb tendons,96 cases of stroke after shoulder-hand syndrome in patients with stage ? perform a palpation check.Followed by the hands of the Taiyang muscle tendons,the hands of Shaoyang muscle tendons,the hands of Yangming muscle tendons,the hands of Taiyin muscle tendons,hand Jueyin muscle tendons,the hands of Shaoyin muscle tendons.Put the palpation results into the Excel software.Finally,use the software of SPSS17.0 analysis the frequency statistical.2.According to the above-mentioned cases,60 patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group 20 cases,20 cases by acupoint group and 20 cases by muscle tendon group.The rehabilitation group was treated with rehabilitation;The acupoint group selected the affected side Jianyu-point(LI 15),Quch-point(LI 11),Shousanli-pointi(LI 10),Hegu-pointi(LI 4),waiguan-point(SJ 5),Baxie-point(EX-UE 9)for acupuncture treatment,rehabilitation training is the same as rehabilitation group;the muscle tendon group selected palpation of the knot points acupuncture treatment,focusing on selected sub Jianyu?sub Jianliao?Shoulder peak point?sub Jujian?sub Jianneiling?sub Taijian?sub Tianzong?sub Jianzhen?sub Naosu?Shoulder pain points ?sub Naohui,rehabilitation training is the same as rehabilitation group;After 6 courses continuous treatment,observe the efficacy.Results:1.Among the 96 subjects,the frequency was more than 20 times followed by sub Jianyu(50.00%)?sub Jianliao(43.75%)?Shoulder peak point(31.25%)?sub Jujian(31.25%)?sub Jianneiling(30.21%)?sub Taijian(29.17%)?sub Tianzong(26.04%)?sub Jianzhen(23.96%)?sub Naosu(23.96%)?Shoulder pain points(22.92%)?sub Naohui(22.92%).2.In all the effect of muscle tendons type of syndrome,Taiyang + Shaoyang muscle tendons and Shaoyang + Yangming muscle tendons account for the highest percentage,each accounted for 11.5%;Followed by Shaoyang + Yangming + Taiyin muscle tendons,accounting for 7.3%;Hand Yangming muscle tendons,Yangming + Taiyin muscle tendons,Taiyin + Jueyin muscle tendons,Yangming + Taiyin + Jueyin,Shaoyang + Yangming + Taiyin + Jueyin by the same proportion of muscle tendons,each accounted for 6.3%.3.The muscle tendon group,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 11 cases,0 cases in effective,the total effective rate of 100%;The acupoint group,markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the total effective rate of 75%;The rehabilitation group,markedly Effective in 0 case,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 10 cases,the total effective rate reached 50%.The scores of VAS and Fugl-Meyer(FMA)in the upper limbs of the three groups were improved(P <0.05),but the clinical effect was significant(P <0.05).The curative effect of muscle tendon group was significantly higher than that of the acupoint group and the rehabilitation group,Clinical efficacy was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.Stroke after shoulder-hand syndrome in patients with stage I after palpation examination found that high-frequency nodal lesions from high to low,followed by sub Jianyu?sub Jianliao?Shoulder peak point?sub Jujian?sub Jianneiling?sub Taijian?sub Tianzong?sub Jianzhen?sub Naosu?Shoulder pain points?sub Naohui.2.Stroke after shoulder-hand syndrome patients with stage ?,two muscle tendons involvement at the same time is the highest proportion.Respectively,the hand of the sun + hand Shaoyang muscle tendons and the hand of Shaoyang + hand Yang Ming muscle tendons.3.Acupuncture treatment of sinew nodules can effectively relieve the limb pain of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome patients with stage I,improve upper limb motor function,and the clinical efficacy is remarkable.
