Cupping Therapy After Stroke Shoulder Hand Syndrome Clinical Observation

ObjectiveObserve the electroacupuncture and simple acupuncture therapy after stroke shoulder hand syndrome curative effect and difference,To verify the effectiveness of electroacupuncture on after stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,To provide a a stable method for the treatment of this disease.MethodsThe 60 patients in the group were randomly divided into treatment group(electroacupuncture group)and control group(acupuncture group),each group of 30 patients..The two groups had the same basic treatment guidelines,The two groups have the same acupoints.The treatment group used electroacupuncture,the control group simple acupuncture.Two groups of patients were treated one time a day,After 14 days of continuous treatment,rest for 2 days,followed by another course of treatment,and two sessions ended.In this study,the measurement of shoulder pain,upper limb movement function and SHS evaluation scale were used to observe the index.Before the treatment,after 1 course of treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,the pain level,upper limb motor function and overall condition were evaluated,and the data was processed and analyzed with SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results1 There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,duration,age and SHS stage.Before treatment,the pain score,upper limb motor function score and SHS evaluation scale were tested and comparable.2 In the two groups,the pain score was assessed before and after the treatment,and the comparison in the group was P < 0.05,and there was a statistical difference,indicating that both treatments had an effect.Comparison between groups after treatment,P < 0.05,indicates that the treatment group has a better effect.3 In both groups,the upper extremity motor function score was performed before and after treatment,and the comparison in the group was P < 0.05,with statistical treatments had effect.At the end of the treatment by the comparison between groups,P > 0.05,suggest two methods of treatment efficacy.4 The SHS score of the two groups before and after treatment was compared in the group,P < 0.05,and the comparison between groups after treatment was P < 0.05,indicating that the effect of the electroacupuncture group was better than that of acupuncture group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by rank and test,P < 0.05,and the electroacupuncture group was more effective.Conclusions1 Electroacupuncture and acupuncture treatment of SHS can improve pain,but the electroacupuncture group can improve the pain better.2 Both electroacupuncture and acupuncture can improve upper extremity motor function,and the two groups are equally effective.3 The electroacupuncture and acupuncture were effective in improving SHS evaluation and integration,but the electroacupuncture group had better effect.4 Electroacupuncture therapy was superior to acupuncture in total efficiency and efficiency,and the effect of electroacupuncture was better than that of acupuncture.
