Objective: To research the curative effects of meridian massage combined with suspension movement of Shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods: Rangdomly divided 60 cases of Shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke into observation group and control group,and each group had 30 cases.The observation group adopted the meridian massage combined with suspension movement,and the control group only used the method of suspension movement, in addsion two groups of patients were treated with other PT treatment and OT training. The two groups of patients treated five days a week, rest for two days, ten times for a course of treatment.Then evaluated the curative effect before and after the treatment.Result:1.The observation group and the control group in the pain and edema score had significant differences(P<0.05);2.The observation group and the control group in the evalusion of Upper lim b motor function of hemiplegia had significant differences(P<0.05);3.The observation group and the control group in the daily life ability asses sment(ADL) score had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: The method of meridian massage combined with suspension mo vement to treat the Shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke was significantly better than the simple suspension movement. It had reliable and rapid curative effects, and it was worth to widely spread in clinic.
