Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome With Wen Tong Massage Combined With Intramuscular Adhesive Therapy

Objective:The clinical study was to observe the effect of wen tong massage combined with intramuscular therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and to explore the efficacy and superiority of wen tong massage combined with intramuscular therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,to provide a feasible and effective comprehensive therapy for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods:A total of 72 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were included.The patients were randomly divided into control group(N = 36)and trial group(N = 36).The patients in both groups were treated with basic therapy(ultrasonic routine therapy),while those in the control group were treated with intramuscular adhesive therapy,and those in the test group were treated with wen tong massage combined with intramuscular adhesive therapy under the premise of basic therapy.The pain,edema and range of motion were assessed with VAS and shoulder-hand syndrome scale before and after treatment,collect data and analyze comparisons using IBM SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,underlying disease,primary disease,syndrome type,VAS score and SHSS score between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The VAS scores of the control group and the treatment group decreased after treatment,and the scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,indicating that the two groups were improved(p < 0.05),there was statistical significance(p < 0.05),the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The scores of the shoulder-hand syndrome scale after treatment were compared with those before treatment in both groups,indicating that the scores of both groups were improved(p < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the test group was better than that of the control group after treatment(p < 0.01).4.The total effective rate was 91.7% in the trial group and 86.1% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the control group(ultrasonic therapy + intramuscular effect sticking)and the test group(wen tong massage + ultrasonic therapy + intramuscular effect sticking)can improve the pain and motor function of the patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.2.The clinical effect of wen tong massage combined with muscle internal effect sticking on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke was better than that of the control group,wen tong massage can improve pain,edema and activity in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and it has high safety and no adverse reaction when combined with intramuscular application,it is a better comprehensive therapy for shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
