The improvement of Fugl-Meyer Assessmnet was significant in the two groups (PO.05) jiowever the improvement of modified Ashworth Scale was not significant (P>0.05 ) .None of the Fugl-Meyer Assessmnet and modified Ashworth Scale showed significant difference in the two group both before and after therapy (PX).05 ) .Conclusion : the treatment with herb soaking and facilitation technique of rehabilitation in subject group lias better effect than the control group on the relief of pain and swelling.
