Research On Operation Scheme Of The Combination Of Medical And Nursing Care In Changchun RD Pension Center

Since the 21 st century,population aging has rapidly developed into a global problem.Due to the large population base of our country and the rapid growth of the elderly population,the pace of population aging is gradually accelerating.The family planning and declining fertility rate have gradually weakened the traditional family care services,and the need for social care for the elderly has increased.The increase in life expectancy has increased the number of elderly retired people,disabled and semi-disabled retired people,and the elderly have more medical services.The demand for elders is becoming more and more urgent.It is difficult for the current old-age care model to take into account both the old-age and medical needs of the elderly.In order to solve this problem,in 2010,my country formally developed a "combination of medical care and elderly care" pension model,organically combining medical and elderly care functions,effectively solving the elderly,especially disabled elderly elderly care problems.Through literature reading,case analysis and field visits and exchanges,this article first sorts out the domestic and foreign theories about process reengineering,marketing,and the integration of medical care.Secondly,the research and analysis of RD Pension Center found that the main problems are backward ideology,unreasonable operation and management process,unsound organizational structure,lack of target market location and positioning,and lack of marketing strategy combination.Thirdly,learn from the advanced experience and operating models of domestic and foreign elderly care institutions,analyze the demand trend and current competitive situation of the integrated medical care and elderly care in Changchun area,and clarify the internal and external environment and development opportunities.Finally,the operation plan is designed from four aspects: the determination of the operation concept,the establishment of the organization,the establishment of the management process and the establishment of the operation strategy,and through the training of the staff,the expansion of the infrastructure,the financing of funds,and the improvement of the management level To support the realization of the operation plan,and finally achieve the goal of continuous improvement in service quality and continuous expansion of the scale of the organization.
