| At present,my country’s medical resources are insufficient,and there is a widespread phenomenon of separation of medical care and support in elderly care institutions.The combined medical care and elderly care model meets the needs of the current elderly population,especially the long-term care needs of the disabled,semi-disabled,and demented elderly.To a certain extent,it solves the problem of two skins in medical care and avoids the idleness of some social resources.And waste.Therefore,it has received strong support from national policies,especially in the care of elderly care in medical and elderly care institutions.The use of government means to regulate,operate in a reasonable and orderly manner is of great significance for promoting the development of elderly care services,improving the quality of life of the elderly,and alleviating the pressure on the society and children to provide for the elderly.This article comprehensively adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods.Based on field investigation,from the perspective of the government,this article explores the development process and development status of elderly care services in Tai’an integrated medical and elderly care institutions,and passes different types of typical cases.Through comparative analysis,find out the main problems existing in old-age care services in Tai’an medical and elderly care institutions.Then,in response to the above-mentioned problems,it points out suggestions for improvement of elderly care services in integrated medical and elderly care institutions.Although the old-age care services of the medical and elderly care institutions in Tai’an City have achieved remarkable results and achieved certain results,they are still in the development and exploration stage,and there are still many problems.Mainly include: fuzzy government functions,insufficient government mobilization of social forces,lack of publicity and guidance by the government leading to low recognition of the integration of medical care and elderly care,and insufficient utilization of the effective supply of elderly care.In view of the current problems in the elderly care services of the integrated medical and elderly care institutions in Tai’an,the government should strengthen policy support and increase financial subsidies from the perspective of the government.Clarify the boundaries of responsibilities,strengthen departmental communication and coordination,and improve supervision and management.Give full play to the medical insurance function and improve the long-term care insurance system.Strengthen the construction of the talent team for the integration of medical care and the elderly,and strengthen the support for the development of the integration of medical care and the elderly.Intensify publicity efforts,and strengthen the society’s efforts to attach importance to the combination of medical care and elderly care.To better satisfy the elderly,especially the elderly.Disability.The elderly and medical needs of special elderly groups such as semi-disabled who "have care for the elderly,have medical care for the elderly,and enjoy the elderly" will better promote the sustainable and healthy development of the elderly care services of the medical and elderly care institutions in Tai’an City. |
