| Objective The center for disease prevention and control(CDC)is a government-run public service unit that implements disease prevention and control and public health technology management and services. Its mission is to create a healthy environment, maintain social stability and promote people’s health through the prevention and control of disease, disability and injury. The staff of the disease prevention and control agency(hereinafter referred to as the CDC)is the provider and defender of the national basic public health service, and the establishment of a team of disease control personnel with positive optimism, high satisfaction and strong stability plays an important role in improving the quality of the national basic public health service and ensuring the health of the people. At present, with the rapid development of economy and society, the concept of "healthy China" has become popular. At the same time, the frequent occurrence of public health emergencies(especially major outbreaks)and the increasing burden of prevention and control of chronic diseases have made human health seriously challenged. However, disease control personnel generally pay low, heavy workload, and role ambiguity, professional title(business)promotion difficulties,pay-return imbalance, even exist high risk of work environment, work state high pressure and other problems, leading to disease control personnel face more arduous tasks,at the same time prone to occupational stress and other mental health problems. At present,a large number of studies at home and abroad have shown that there are general occupational progress and low level of job satisfaction, accompanied by mental health problems such as burnout, separation and depression symptoms, especially among doctors, nurses, drivers, police, college teachers, grassroots cadres, scientific research personnel and so on.At the same time, the survey found that job stress has a negative effect on satisfaction index, while mental capital has a positive effect on it,and psychological capital has an intermediary role in the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction.Domestic studies have found that there are significant differences between different sex, marital status, job and income among disease control personnel with high occupational stress;and through qualitative comparative analysis,it is concluded that "high-grade,high-income,high-service,high-service,high-work" or "low-grade,low-service,high-work" are high-risk factors of occupational stress among disease control personnel, and that smoking, drinking, physical exercise and other living habits have a certain effect on the degree of occupational stress among disease control personnel. The investigation found that the main influencing factors of occupational stress of disease control personnel at home and abroad are salary treatment, work pressure, working environment, social status and so on.At the same time, the job satisfaction of domestic disease control personnel is in the "general" or "lower" level,in which low income, difficult promotion, overtime work,no administrative power,no prescription power and so on have a great impact on the improvement of job satisfaction level.Based on the above research results, this paper is based on exploring the interaction between job stress, job satisfaction and psychological capital of disease control personnel, and provides theoretical support for reducing the degree of occupational stress and improving the level of job satisfaction of disease control personnel. In this regard, the following assumptions are made:Hypothesis 1: There is a negative correlation between job stress and job satisfaction of CDC;Hypothesis 2: CDC has a direct predictive effect on job satisfaction;Hypothesis 3: The proportional relationship between psychological capital elements and job satisfaction;Hypothesis 4: In terms of the staff of CDC,their psychological capital has a certain degree of predictive value for job satisfaction.Hypothesis 5: CDC psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the relationship between career stress and job satisfaction. Methods This study used a cluster random sampling questionnaire, including the disease control personnel basic situation questionnaire,pay-return imbalance scale(eri),job satisfaction scale(msq),psychological capital scale(pcq).the software tools used included the epidata3.1、spss23.0、amos22.0;statistical analysis methods: confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency test, descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, pearson correlation analysis, multivariate stratified regression analysis, structural equation path analysis. Results The results showed that the reliability(c2/df>5、cfi>0.9、gfi>0.9、agfi>0.9、nfi>0.9、ifi>0.9、tli>0.9、rfi>0.9、rmsea>0.08)and validity(cronbach’s α>0.70)of the eri scale, msq scale and pcq scale used in this study were better. The results showed that the influence of marital status on occupational stress, pay dimension was statistically significant(P<0.05);age on pay,pay dimension was statistically significant(P<0.05);length of service on pay,pay dimension was statistically significant(P<0.05);professional title on occupational stress, pay dimension was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effects of gender on job satisfaction, internal satisfaction dimension, external satisfaction dimension, general satisfaction dimension were statistically significant(P<0.05);age on job satisfaction, external satisfaction dimension were statistically significant(P<0.05);length of service on job satisfaction, external satisfaction dimension were statistically significant(P<0.05);monthly income on job satisfaction, internal satisfaction dimension, external satisfaction dimension, general satisfaction dimension were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the pay dimension was negatively correlated with self-efficacy,hope,optimism dimension(P<0.05),and the return dimension was positively correlated with self-efficacy,hope,toughness,optimism dimension(P<0.01).pay,internal input dimension is negatively correlated with internal satisfaction, external satisfaction, general satisfaction dimension(P<0.01);return dimension is positively correlated with internal satisfaction, external satisfaction, general satisfaction dimension(P<0.01).dimensions of self-efficacy,hope,resilience,optimism were positively correlated with internal satisfaction, external satisfaction, and general satisfaction(P<0.01).The results showed that occupational stress had a direct predictive effect on job satisfaction(P<0.01);occupational stress had a direct predictive effect on psychological capital(P<0.05).The results show that psychological capital has a partial mediating role(P<0.01)in the relationship between occupational stress and internal satisfaction, psychological capital in the relationship between occupational stress and external satisfaction(P<0.01),and psychological capital in the relationship between occupational stress and general satisfaction(P<0.01).Conclusions1.The influence of age, marital status, length of service and professional title on occupational stress was statistically significant, and the influence of gender, length of service and monthly income on job satisfaction was statistically significant.2.There is a negative correlation between job stress and job satisfaction, and the relationship between psychological capital elements and job satisfaction is proportional.3.There is a direct predictive effect on job stress and job satisfaction of disease control personnel, and a direct predictive effect on psychological capital and job satisfaction of disease control personnel.4.The psychological capital of disease control personnel in the state of play is a certain bridge value between job stress and job satisfaction. |
