ObjectiveThis study investigated nurses’ psychological capital and Job burnout among nursing home in Jinzhou city, understand the endowment agencies nursing staff mental health status, Further analysis pension agency nurses pay- return imbalances, job satisfaction, job burnout, perceived organizational support and general information on its psychological capital, provide a theoretical basis for improving the nursing staff’s quality of life of the pension, which can improve the quality of nursing service of endowment institutions.MethodsIn November 2012 to June 2014, Convenience sampling method to questionnaire survey in Liaoning province Jinzhou city nursing home caregivers. This study investigated a total of 300 cases of nursing home care workers. Through literature review, questionnaire, experimental investigation, the scene of the formal investigation, collection and checking the questionnaire after entry and analyze data, writing essays and other steps to carry out this study. Application of general data questionnaire, pay a return imbalance scale, the Chinese version of job burnout scale, simplified version of perceived organizational support questionnaire, the Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire, psychological capital scale questionnaire survey to nursing home caregivers of Jinzhou city, Liaoning province. After the field investigation data, conducted by two inspections at the same time, the application of SPSS statistical software to construct the questionnaire database after statistics processing.General information on nursing home care workers use one-way ANOVA;application of relevant analysis on nurses’ psychological capital, personal accomplishment, emotional exhaustion, negative held, external efforts, internal investment, returns, between job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, etc; application of multiple regression analysis in the nursing home nurses’ psychological capital, personal accomplishment, emotional exhaustion, negative held, external efforts, internal investment, returns, between job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, etc.ResultsThis topic research showed that older than 40 nurses’ psychological capital score(97.87±14.72)more than in younger between 20 and 29 nurses’ psychological capital score(86.37±14.02) and aged between 30 and 39 nurses’ psychological capital score(90.52±14.92)(P < 0.05); nurses’ psychological capital score(102.78±14.15) in general tense relationship with the elderly higher than the tension group(91.75± 12.88)(P < 0.05); with the technical secondary school and high school nurses’ psychological capital score(117.53±15.01) significant lower than the junior middle school and below it nurses’ psychological capital score(122.58±13.89); the junior college nurses’ psychological capital score(121.21±11.89) and above the junior college nurses’ psychological capital score(122.85 ±14.01)(P < 0.05); the psychological capital score have no statistically difference between have rural registered permanent residence of the nurses’ psychological capital score(96.86±12.07) and urban registered permanent residence of the nurses’ psychological capital score(97.55 ± 12.14). Correlation analysis results showed that caregivers psychological capital score was negatively correlation with emotional exhaustion(r =- 0.166), negative snub(r =- 0.212) and the external factors(r =- 0.121) and positively correlation with return(r = 0.176), job satisfaction(r = 0.308), personal accomplishment(r = 0.264), and perceived organizational support(r = 0.292). Multiple regression analysis results show that: using forced into variable method to the influence factors of nursing home nurses’ psychological capital in multiple regression analysis. Among the aged control model, based on the multiple regression analysis of standardized coefficient sequence, the effect factors of nurses’ psychological capital to sort the results as follows: degree(|β|=0.201), job satisfaction(β= 0.175), perceived organizational support(β= 0.137), the relationship between nursing staff and the elderly(β=- 0.115) external(β=- 0.091) and personal accomplishment(β= 0.025), Influence nurses’ positive factors of psychological capital endowment institutions have personal accomplishment of job burnout, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction, influence its negative factors have a nursing staff’s relationship with the elderly and external cost.ConclusionPension agency nurses’ psychological capital(104.38) have a medium to high level. Nurses’ age, educational background and relationship between nurses and patients can affect nurses’ psychological capital levels, at the same time,the nurses’ job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, job burnout of personal accomplishment and external pay can also affect the level of nursing home caregivers psychological capital. Therefore, government departments and the leadership of the nursing home should more pay attention to nursing staff, take active measures to improve the job satisfaction, perceived organizational support and personal accomplishment, Reasonable arrangement work, promotion of the value of the nursing staff, let it to realize its own role, and encourage the education of nursing personnel involved, at the same time can also pass in the nursing home entertainment activities, let improve communication between the nursing staff and the elderly, to improve the tension between nursing staff and the old people to improve the level of nurses’ psychological capital, and then improve the nurses’ job performance. At the same time also can improve the quality of nursing service pension institutions, let the elderly nursing home there is a better quality life.
