ObjectiveIn recent years,the relationship between doctors and patients has become the focus of social attention,and the professional and psychological quality of medical staff plays a vital role in the relationship between doctors and patients.The good psychological level of nurses in operating room can not only improve work efficiency and operation quality,but also optimize service and reduce medical disputes.Therefore,the factors affecting the mental health status of nurses in operating room were discussed,and the reasons were analyzed to provide reference for improving their mental health status。At present,there have been studies on the occupational stress of operating room nurses at home and abroad.As a high incidence of occupational stress,nurses in operating room have higher occupational stress level than nursing staff in other departments,and other psychological problems caused by occupational stress have attracted more attention of scholars.The results of domestic and foreign studies on job satisfaction in operating room show that the job satisfaction of nurses in operating room is in the middle and lower level,which causes the job satisfaction In addition to objective factors such as low salary levels,occupational stress is an important factor。In the study of the relationship between professional stress and jobsatisfaction and anxiety,the mediating role of psychological capital has been paid more attention by experts and scholars at home and abroad.The domestic literature has proved that psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the relationship between police professional stress and job satisfaction and anxiety.Hypothesis 1 : Occupational stress of nurses in operating room is r elated to job satisfaction.H1a : Occupational stress pay-return ratio dimension was negatively correlated with job satisfaction.H1b : internal input dimension of occupational stress was negatively correlated with job satisfaction.Hypothesis 2:There was a positive correlation between occupational stress and anxiety among nurses in operating room.H1a : Occupational stress pay-return ratio dimension and anxiety positively correlated;H1b : there was a positive correlation between occupational stress and anxiety.Hypothesis 3:The psychological capital of operation room nursing plays an intermediary role in the relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction.Hypothesis 4 : The psychological capital of nurses in operating room plays an intermediary role in the relationship between occupational stress and anxietyMethodsIn this study,more than 200 operating room nurses were randomly selected from many grade 3A hospitals and grade second-class operating room nurses in Qiqihar,Heilongjiang Province from January to April 2019 by cluster sampling method.The contents of the questionnaire included:demographic questionnaire,occupational stress scale questionnaire,Effort-Reward Imbalance questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire,anxiety self-assessment questionnaire,job satisfaction questionnaire,the main survey measured the general demographic variables of operating room nurses,occupational stress,anxiety,job satisfaction and psychological capital.unified input of data using Epidata3.0 software.SPSS20.0 and AMOS software were used for data collation and statistical analysis,and statistical analysis was used,including analysis of variance,t test,Pearson correlation analysis,multivariate stratified regression analysis,and structural equation model verification.ResultsThis survey effectively recovered 200 operating room nurses questionnaire.The questionnaire of occupational stress scale,pay-return imbalance questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire,anxiety scale questionnaire,job satisfaction questionnaire all had good reliability,and the results of the study were highly credible.The descriptive statistical analysis of operating room nurses’ occupational stress,anxiety,job satisfaction and psychological capital showed that the age of 200 operating room nurses was 19-54,the average age(32.75±7.96),the occupational stress degree of operating room nurses was in the upper middle level,the job satisfaction was lower,the incidence ofanxiety was 44.5%,the average score of psychological capital four dimensions were self-energy efficiency(23.1±4.36),hope(23.3±5.62),resilience(24.4±3.75),optimism(24.5±2.67)and anxiety(37.28±7.67).According to the analysis of general demographic variables of nurses in operating room,there were significant differences in four dimensions of occupational stress(P<0.05).There were significant differences in job satisfaction,anxiety,hope of psychological capital and self-energy efficiency(P<0.05).The Intrinsic Input Dimension of Occupational Stress of Nurses in Operating Room with Different Monthly Income,anxiety,job satisfaction,psychological capital in addition to resilience three dimensions were statistically significant(P<0.05).multiple stratification regression of occupational stress,job satisfaction,anxiety and psychological capital in operating room nurses shows that the two dimensions of occupational stress are negatively correlated with job satisfaction and psychological capital(P<0.05).psychological capital has a partial intermediary effect on the relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction.occupational stress and psychological capital were positively correlated with anxiety(P<0.05).psychological capital had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between occupational stress and anxiety.Conclusions1.The influence of educational background,professional title and monthly income on job satisfaction was statistically significant,and the influence of professional title and monthly income on anxiety was statistically significant.2.There was a negative correlation between occupational stress and job satisfaction among nurses in operating room and positive correlation between occupational stress and anxiety among nurses in operating room.3.The psychological capital of operating room nurses plays a part intermediary role in the relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction.4.Psychological Capital plays an important role in mediating the relation ship between pay-return ratio and anxiety.
