With modern reform and opening up and rapid economic development,it is well-known that oil companies are the pillar industries of the country and play a decisive role in our national economy. They not only bring huge economic benefits to the country and society, but also guarantee the development of the society and national defense.Security plays an inestimable role.As the scope of application of oil increases, the demand for oil continues to increase, and oil workers shoulder tremendous responsibility and pressure.Judging from the current situation,China's oil production is focused on land exploitation and a few marine exploitations. Most of the development fields are located in the remote, desolate Gobi Desert,or some closed areas far from the city. The harsh working conditions in these areas are harsh. In this special environment, hundreds of thousands of oil workers still struggle in the frontline, the natural environment is harsh and boring cultural life, traffic is backward, information is blocked, and work intensity is strong.Factors such as less leisure activities will definitely harm the physical and mental health of workers. At present, there have been a large number of research reports on the degree of occupational stress of oil workers at home and abroad.Foreign studies have shown that oil workers are considered to be one of the more intense occupations.Because oil workers have higher occupational stress, their results are also affected. Many scholars have paid extensive attention.A large number of research reports at home and abroad show that in occupations such as doctors, nurses, prison officers, and white-collar workers, occupational stress has a negative impact on job performance and can also lead to depression. The results of relevant domestic literature studies indicate that offshore and desert areas The degree of occupational stress of regional and field petroleum workers is higher than the national standard and there is a certain degree of mental health problems. However, there are few studies on the psychological pressure of oil workers in inland urban areas. At the same time, foreign relevant research results show that occupational stress is closely related to job performance and depression tendency in different occupational groups, and domestic and foreign researchers have drawn extensive attention to the mediating effects of psychological capital.A large number of research results have confirmed the psychological capital. It has a positive predictive effect on job performance and occupational stress.Based on the support of the above research theories, this study proposes the following research hypotheses:Hypothesis 1: Occupational stress in oil workers is related to the propensity to depression tendency;Hypothesis 2: Occupational stress of oil workers has a direct predictive effect on depression tendency.Hypothesis 3: Occupational stress of oil workers is related to job performance;Hypothesis 4: Occupational stress of oil workers has a direct predictive effect on occupational performance;Hypothesis 5: The psychological capital of oil workers plays an intermediary role in the relationship between occupational stress and depression tendency.Hypothesis 6: The psychological capital of oil workers plays an intermediary role in the relationship between occupational stress and job performance;Subjects and Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the oil workers of China National Petroleum Corporation of Panjin in Liaoning Province.A total of 2,000 questionnaires were issued. The questionnaires were used for basic conditions of oil workers,ERI(employment-return imbalance)questionnaires, and job performance surveys. The scales(JP),the psychological capital questionnaire(PCQ),and the self-rating depression scale questionnaire(CES-D)were used to measure the demographic information, occupational stress, job performance, psychological capital, and depression propensity of oil workers.degree.The statistical treatment methods used in this study include: descriptive statistical analysis, internal consistency test,t-test analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis,multi-level hierarchical regression, and structural equation path analysis. All valid data were established using Epidata3.0 database, and double entry was adopted to ensure the accuracy of the data.SPSS20.0 and Amos20.0 software were used for data compilation and statistical analysis.ResultsThe results showed that the ERI questionnaire,JP scale,PSQ scale and CES-D scale had good reliability and validity.Gender, educational background, monthly income, occupational stress, occupational stress, psychological capital, depression tendency, and job performance have significant effects. The occupational stress scale has a direct predictive effect on the three dimensions of depression tendency and job performance, and the four dimensions of psychological capital play a partial intermediary role in the relationship between the return dimension and the depressive tendency;the four dimensions of psychological capital are paid and rewarded. The relationship between the three dimensions of intrinsic input and work dedication plays a partial intermediary role;the four dimensions of psychological capital play a partial intermediary role in the relationship between pay, reward, and intrinsic input and task performance;the four dimensions of psychological capital. In the relationship between return, internal input and interpersonal promotion,it plays a role in mediation. Conclusions 1.There are significant differences in the effects of demographic variables on occupational stress, psychological capital, depression propensity, and job performance.2.The occupational stress of petroleum workers has a direct predictive effect on the three dimensions of depression proneness and job performance.3.The four dimensions of the oil worker's psychological capital play a partial intermediary role in the relationship between pay, reward, and intrinsic input and work dedication;the four dimensions of psychological capital are three dimensions of pay, reward, and intrinsic input and task performance. The relationship between the four dimensions of psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between return, internal input and interpersonal promotion.
