ObjectiveThe work problems caused by occupational stress in township and township cadres are increasingly attracting widespread attention from the academic community and the society.Declining work efficiency will inevitably lead to the decline of the government's credibility and the disruption of the service-oriented government.Domestic research on the relationship between occupational stress and job performance and psychological capital has started relatively late.Recent studies have found that the adverse effects of occupational stress in township and township officials are on the rise, but there are few specific studies. In this article, through analysis and analysis of the overall work performance of township and township cadres, the theoretical model of occupational stress-psychological capital-work performance of grassroots cadres is explored to propose new health intervention theories and approaches for township cadres to deal with occupational stress and health hazards. The research results provide certain theoretical significance for promoting the development of professional psychology in our country, which has important practical significance for effectively reducing the occupational stress of township cadres and improving job performance.Domestic scholars found that occupational stress is a predictor of job performance through studies of teachers, doctors, nurses, and police.Moderate occupational stress promotes job performance and excessive job stress affects job performance.Psychological capital as an intermediary variable has an impact on the relationship between occupational stress and job performance.Good psychological capital can help reduce occupational stress and improve job performance through direct or indirect effects.Based on the above theory, this paper makes the following research hypothesis:Hypothesis 1: Occupational stress has a negative predictive effect on job performance;Hypothesis 2: Psychological capital has a positive predictive effect on job performance;Hypothesis 3: psychological capital plays an intermediary role in occupational stress and job performance;MethodsIn this study,a cluster sampling and cross-sectional approach was adopted. From October 2015 to January 2016,10 townships were randomly selected from four regions(east, west, south, and north)of Liaoning Province, and a total of 1,800 townships and townships were sampled. The township and township cadres carried out surveys and used questionnaires of pay-return imbalance, psychological capital,self-made demographics, and job performance to measure occupational stress, psychological capital, demographic data, and work performance factors. The questionnaire was recovered and data was entered and constructed by Epi data 3.0 software. The t-test and ANOVA were used to examine the relationship between different demographic data, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between occupational stress, job performance, and psychological capital.Using spss20.0 software to process data and AMOS 22.0 to establish the structural equation model, using hierarchical regression and Bootstrap to verify the intermediary role of psychological capital.ResultsThe survey conducted statistical analysis on the occupational stress, psychological capital, and job performance data shown in the effective questionnaires of 1,545 township cadres that were retrieved. The average score of work performance of township and township cadres was(72.99±12.52)cents;The external exertion of stress was(13.96±5.57)points,internal input(14.98±2.75)points,return(37.16±4.24)points;job performance(26.32±5.42)points,task performance(23.03±4.37)points,Interpersonal promotion(23.64±4.36)points;psychological capital hope(25.86±5.93)points,selfefficacy(25.85±6.39)points,optimism(24.62±4.96)points,resilience(24.72±5.07)points.The analysis of the general demographic variables of township cadres shows that: gender differences and job performance of township officers and men's gender P=0.241,which is not statistically significant, while length of service, marital status, education level, and monthly income are different from gender variables, and the performance of work There was statistical significance(P < 0.05).In the study,Pearson correlation analysis method was used to show that for the township and township officials, psychological capital, job performance, and occupational stress were related,as well as return, investment, job performance, and psychology. The relationship between capital is positively correlated(P<0.05),and the relationship between external pay and work performance is negatively correlated(P<0.05).The four dimensions of psychological capital are added to the regression model, and the psychological capital affects job performance. The degree of variation explained increased by 29.6%,which is statistically significant. The analysis shows that psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the relationship between occupational stress and job performance in township and township officials. On the basis of regression analysis,a structural equation model is established and further adopts Bias-Corrected.The Bootstrap program performs a mediating effect test.Based on the analysis of the data obtained during the survey, the direct effect of occupational stress factors on job performance at-95% confidence level is between-0.017 and 0.037,including 0(P = 0.707).Therefore,there is no statistic. The significance of learning, while the indirect effect of occupational stress factors on psychological capital results ranged from 0.391 to 0.495,excluding 0(P=0.001),indicating that the mediating effect was significant-0.168,that is,psychological capital in occupational stress and job performance. The relationship plays a full intermediary role.Conclusion1.There is a correlation between occupational stress and job performance and psychological capital of township and township cadres.2.Psychological capital plays a complete intermediary role between job performance and occupational stress.
