Actively responding to healthy aging is an overall and long-term task for the sustainable and coordinated development of our society.A good nutritional status of the elderly is a key factor in achieving healthy aging and an important indicator for ensuring the quality of life in old age.Due to the late start of the construction of community-oriented meals for the elderly in my country, there is still a large demand space and deficiencies for related services based on community scenarios. From the perspective of service providers, community catering services have problems such as low meal ordering service efficiency, single service content, and low resource utilization. From the perspective of service recipients, there are problems such as low compliance of the elderly with dietary management and the need to improve personalized services.Based on the above, from the perspective of service design, this topic gives full play to the advantages and power of service design in analyzing user behavior, gaining insight into user needs, solving systemic problems, and building sustainable operation models.Combining dietary management, behavioral management theoretical models, and community dietary services, taking Guangzhou community canteens as the research object, focusing on users’ dietary management behaviors and problems in the process of service delivery,it proposes service strategies and optimization paths.Aims to improve experience and management compliance of community-based elderly meal services.Comprehensive support for healthy diet aging. In the previous stage of literature research, behavioral theoretical analysis and demand investigation, this thesis firstly studies three aspects: researching the operation mechanism and service content of existing community meal services;researching the mechanism and commonality of behavioral management theories and methods, combined with this The scenarios and audiences of the project are derived and applied;the gaps in the community dietary service process from the perspective of aging and the motivations, behavioral processes, and goals of all parties involved in dietary management are studied. The specific demands of meal management services in community scenarios were clarified.Secondly, based on the above research content,a new service system strategy is proposed: dietary management consensus building: building a new service concept and role relationship among catering institutions, community organizations, and elderly groups;dietary management behavior empowerment: knowledge empowerment, tool empowerment,decision-making empowerment, relationship empowerment;catering service system normalization support: closed-loop service, content diversification, and value co-creation.Then,in order to implement and implement the above strategies in a more targeted and comprehensive way, this thesis combines the cognitive ability and behavioral characteristics of the aging population, and returns to the six subdivision stages in the theory of dietary behavior management.Complete the mapping of demand insights and corresponding opportunity points. And clustered four typical user models and three service modes, built a new service system, and finally made detailed design outputs for the three service contact points of mobile APP,product packaging design, and logo guide design. This study starts from the experience of community elderly meal management service, completes the design from user needs implementation to service plan through the framework of health behavior management theory and service design method, and builds a community meal management service system centered on user experience. The easy-to-follow dietary behavior guidance not only improves their self-efficacy,but also enriches the content and operational efficiency of community meal services. The meal service experience for community elders has been optimized.Further supplement and improve the research and practice of future community elderly care service construction and dietary service models. |
