Research On The Service Design Base On Community Support For The Elderly

In the social background of aging in China,community pension,as a supplement and support for home care,has attracted wide attention from all walks of life and has become one of the old-age ways to support the government.And the complexity of the pension problem,rely on government and social welfare charity strength,is difficult to be solved properly,need to introduce market management mode of advanced enterprises,in Internet plus and shared economy concept under the impetus of the development of the pension industry become a virtuous cycle of ecological win-win.First,we study the concept and current situation of community endowment,and research the health management of the elderly's lifestyle.Then,using the thinking methods and tools of service design,we made a qualitative and quantitative research on the elderly and the stakeholders of the pension industry in the mature community of southern Changsha from the user's needs.In the analysis of the research results,the user role and user portrait tools help designers to understand older users more deeply,and then build user journey map to comb key scenes,thus find design opportunities and complete the community pension service system to meet the needs of the elderly and the various interests.The side can also get mutual benefit and win win,and at the right service contact point,we should intervene well in the life style of the elderly,so that we can get good physical and mental health of the elderly.In the design and practice stage,the service design methodology is applied to the overall planning of the community pension enterprise in Nancheng,Changsha.The specific work falls on the construction of the community pension service system,the online app platform design,and the interior design of the key scenes in the offline space,and the rational distribution of the service items and the introduction of the private enterprises to their rehabilitation.The physical therapy project is outsourced,and a unified and personalized design for the visualization of the slow disease management system,the key scene indoor space and the VI guidance system is carried out in the rehabilitation physiotherapy center,and the system is finally dispatched through the community service center.As a branch of the community,the community home care service center of Nancheng community is an innovative mode of government preparation and business operation.This is a further exploration of the innovation of the old-age mode in the era of information and Internet.It can be used for reference in other pension modes.It is also a solid step for the country to further drive the market economy in the field of important livelihood and governance.The service system is designed for the Nancheng community home care service center in Tianxin District,and the final output results are:1.south city community old-age service system map2.Nancheng community home care service center service system platform App Design.3.,Nancheng community home care service center,service system platform,intelligent terminal design.4.Nancheng community home care service center interior design.5.XX health care center chronic disease management service system visualization design.6.XX medical health center's space design and VI system design.
